Rent-A-Center — Local services in Vista

I put $20. down as your app prompted me to do once I found the computer I wanted; which was an HP all in one Cash price under $800. I confirmed my order with Damien RAC Vista and he noted that the HP was a "Special Order" and it would take 4 to 6 weeks. But I saw my order said "In Stock" have it by Aug. 15th. I placed my order Aug 8th with $20 to reserve the computer. I called Aug. 13 to follow up. Spoke with Henry who did not see my computer on my account. He said call back in the morning because who he had to check with wasn't available at 4:00 p.m. Monday. Then out of the blue my $20. is returned to my bank account. I am about to call Vista RaC. A franchised Rent A center with terrible employees and customer service. Stay away from all Rent to buy places but especially this one. They will try and change your mind and get you to buy something the benefits them more than you like they did to me. Their sales people really haven't seem to know much about the products they sell/rent. If you ask questions you only stock answers. Its never worth it to pay 300% cost on something for no reason. A legitimate interest rate would be okay but paying 1200 dollars for a 400 dollar dryer is never ethical even though they told you it would be less.
