HOW ARE KIDS SUPPOSE TO WATCH KIDS. THE PEOPLE working at sky zone are Teens! Teens r kids!!! Not adults you can't except a child to watch a child Not going to happen yes they r going being on there phones No they aren't going pay attention too your kid, no they don't care yea they may cuss.

They r kids who want to fit in and they copy what they see or think is cool

However don't expect them to act with class and respect. I agree children should have that this gen. Were not taught that they got be all hard and brave and cussing is how they talk. Respect ain't there, Mind own business is, they shoot before they talk. So leave them alone Life is too Short don't correct them they don't listen to there parents , so they going listen tooo u

This is not about any one event. Some are sad,some maybe true. If one person only goes to social media talk about it. Then guess what nothing to be done.

We are one community and no1 is going say the truth on s.m sites. So when u read this . This is applies to whoever it needs toooooo not one race, ethic,religious group. Etc it's for WHATEVER PERSON or thing ( since now we can identify as whatever we or u want) it needs tooo. Key word Person don't make it what it's not. U know racist, stereotype etc. NOPE ITS FOR ANYONE ANY COLOR ETC. U FIT IT AND U R BROTHER BY IT THEN ITS 99%...

I don't often write scathing reviews. But here goes.

I had purchased a Groupon for Skyzone. 4 passes for 90- minutes. I planned on using these as rewards for my children for hard work. When I brought my 8-year-old to Skyzone on July 29th 2019, I called ahead and spoke to headquarters to see if it was possible to break up the Groupon into 2 & 2. They assured me that I could do this by speaking directly to a manager at the site.

Once on site, I asked this question at the front desk. The answer was...

No.

No big deal. I understand that is usually the standard answer. So I asked to speak to a manager. The manager arrives and tells me...

No.

I said I've showed to multiple places before with a Groupon in tow and businesses usually work work me on a voucher for the value of the Groupon. No big deal right?

Wrong. He went to speak to HIS manager. The answer was...

No.

Ok. Wracking my brain for a solution, I said I'd be willing to buy ANOTHER Groupon right then and there for 2 passes: my son and myself. The girl behind the desk goes back to speak to the manager. Any guesses what the answer was?

No.

The fact that the manager couldn't even be bothered to come out and work with me directly was awful enough... But made when worse when the employee came back to say the most they could give me was 10% off. My question is this: if you're willing to create a spur of the moment 10% off, why are you not willing to work with me for what I'm asking?

Moral of the story is: customer service is dead here. Is the facility fun? Sure. Price wise it's extremely expensive to do it full price, especially if you're someone like me who is a single income miliary family.... Hence the need to resort to coupons, Groupons and deals.

I am highly disappointed in the management at this place. And so was my child, who took my hand despite everything and said, "It's ok, mom. We'll find something else to do." 😓

*Update: When I called the corporate headquarter number I reached someone by the name of Victor. This happened twice and when I asked Victor if I had reached the corporate headquarters number, this person hung up on me. He hung up on me twice. I am still trying to locate a way to contact corporate. If anyone knows anything about how to do this please...

I have been going to this Skyzone location (White Plains, Md) for a couple of months now and I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience there. I am a pregnant stay at home mom who doesn’t enjoy getting out much and was hesitant at first however, the staff as well as the other parents at little leapers have been very welcoming to both myself and my little. They occasionally have glow in the dark, coloring pages, painting, storytime, or give treats such as cookies or slushies for the kids and/or parents for a holiday or special occasion. We’re usually greeted with a smile by Monique, Alex(jefe), or Darren when we come in. They always greet my daughter and myself with enthusiasm and make us feel welcome. Little leapers time is usually worked by Mara and recently Danny (whom i assume is new). We absolutely love Mara, she’s very attentive and somehow keeps an eye on every child. As previously stated, I am pregnant and high risk so I don’t typically jump and both Mara and Danny both have been very hands on with activities and engaging with the kids. That is especially important to me as a parent because you can tell that both of them enjoy working with kids and are great at it. If i lose sight of my daughter on the trampoline or in the foam area, Mara is always ready to tell me where she is (as well as other parents around). It is impressive how she can keep an eye on every kid at the same time. She jumps with the kids as well as gets to know the parents so it is a comfortable environment. She does a great job at helping smaller leapers who are afraid to jump get used to jumping there. We now have a membership (which is a great deal for anyone who frequents this establishment) and come multiple times a week for Little Leapers or Homeschool Hop. We look forward to seeing the staff weekly now and usually don’t skip a day. My daughter loves seeing everyone there and we are often disappointed if certain staff members aren’t working the days we come in, especially Mara. I highly recommend coming for Little Leapers, especially for parents like myself who don’t get out often and are seeking a fun environment for their littles to play and socialize and a place to meet...
