Great museum. Primarily self guided through several buildings, some with AC, some not. Several really interesting displays/dioramas of field battles in the first building, as well as covering a variety of American military engagments. There was a huge building filled with vehicles, and other military accessories. Part of a building was devoted to vintage computers (interactive! They had several games set up you could play, and Oregon Trail is just as hard as I remember it, on an Apple IIG). There were lots of radios and other military/non military communication devices in yet another section. Lots to see, bring water and I believe there was at least 1 bathroom in each building. Read moreAbsolutely amazing detailed work has gone into this museum. The Gentleman's there are so knowledgeable and can explain so many things on display. Vehicle section had plenty to see. Also WWII equipment, the gear they used when out in the field, old phones, computers, phone booths, victrolas, a set up of the old diner with the music box, so many things to list...some you can even use. It's part of the infoage science center, which has old radios, computers, and trains. There is so much to see and explore! We came from Lakewood and it was only a 20 minutes away, and it was pretty cheap. Pretty good...
