This was my second time at this Kiwi Spoon location. It is a big place and they have plenty of flavors and toppings to choose from. I can't say anything bad about the frozen yogurt.
On the other hand, I was very disappointed when I went in yesterday. The sign on the door and their website clearly states a closing time of 10:00pm. I arrived around 9:15pm thinking that I would have plenty of time. When I walked in, I immediately felt a sense of urgency for me to "get my fro-yo and get out" as the two workers were rushing to clean the store. After I purchased my (overpriced) fro-yo, I did not stay to eat it after another customer that walked in was told that they could not stay because they were closing shortly.
As I sat in the parking lot eating my frozen yogurt (it was now about 9:30pm), there were about ten people who came to get frozen yogurt but were surprised that the door had already been locked. One of the workers even opened up the door at one point to tell the customers that they were closed. The door clearly states 10:00pm! You could see that the workers were in a rush to clean up the store and leave.
As a customer I was disappointed and shocked. I felt bad for these customers. If your door and website clearly state 10:00pm, the door should not be locked at 9:30pm. This would be unacceptable if I was the owner of this store. If you are thinking about going to this location, do not go close to...
Read moreUsed to be a huge fan of Kiwi Spoon at the start and have been a loyal costumer, but now I don't believe we'll be back. Lately when we've been coming, the employees are all on their phones lounging around and fail to greet the customers. Might I mention that we did see one of the employees picking toppings out of the topping section with their bare hands. And may I also add that when they are doing these things there is work to be done. Tables are dirty, the floors go unswept, yogurt dispensers aren't wiped down even though there weren't any other people in the store but my family and I. Employees also clearly fail to take pride in their work, as they do not wear any clothing article that signifies they work at Kiwi Spoon. Instead they wear sweatpants and sweatshirts. It just seems unprofessional, unsanitary, and just plain unenjoyable now. I remember back when you were properly greeted and everything was cleaned at Kiwi Spoon. It's just disappointing since this used to be such...
Read moreWent there for the first time, i had to walk around the buildong to make sure it was still in business...looks like the landscape is taking over. Wasnt greeted upon entering, worker was on her phone..only 3 of the flavors actually worked..the texture of the yogurt was not the right consistency it was too cold it was hardly coming out...went to get topping and wpuldnt dare touch them they looked like they were not fresh and not kept at the right temp. I ate the cookie dough topping and almost threw up it was warm and clearly gone bad. I paid 11 dollars after i was told to " put it on the scale" after eating thr yogurt i got quite sick and stomach was upset for a while...which worried me because there was a little girl eating this product and i hope she didnt get sick. Anyways never again and desperately needs a paint job the paint is peeling off the building. Should just shut it down...
