He listens to your ideas, offers genuine advice, and never once pressured the sale. He was in constant communication with me throughout the ring ideation and construction process, sending proofs/photos/videos at every opportunity. He even went the extra mile and presented multiple stone options when sourcing the stones for the project, helping me weigh the pros & cons of each stone, and better assessing the value each could bring to the project. I worked closely with Jay to redesign my ring as he immediately found flaws in my store bought ring.
