Carolyn Rosas County Park — Attraction in Walnut

Just had Breakfast with Santa! My 3 kiddos got a picture with him and a new toy! They got to go in a "Toy Showroom" and choose one - my 8 year old got a new football, and my 3-year-old twins each got a truck with buttons to make noise/music! They love their new toys! We also had breakfast (orange juice, pancakes, eggs, sausage - yummy, my favorite- and bacon) and there were huge chocolate chip cookies with the coffee! 😋 Thank you!!

I came to a Santa event at this park years ago, and still have the Polaroid of my 2 little boys (now 14 and 10- they didn't go this year). So grateful for these events!

We have lived near this park for 14 years, and I have enjoyed bringing my 5 sons here. To me, the sand and rubber for playground surface is preferable to woodchips. There are big baseball fields where my sons practiced with their Little League teams for past 10 years. They just put in a new splashpad/waterplay area - I love! It is newer than Pathfinder Park's and working/on every time I go in the summer- the kids love it!

My son went to Tiny Tots at this park when he was 3 years old, a great program! And I hear good things about their after-school program. Great Park! I Love...

This is an L. A. County Park and maintained by Parks and Recreation staff. Although the parking lot is accessible 24 hours, the park hours are sunrise to sunset. The park is located in a middle/lower income residential area of Rowland Heights with great families and citizens of diverse ethnic backgrounds. The staff offers community events and activities throughout the year. The park itself offers many amenities; 2 baseball fields, 1 basketball court, splash pad, playground, exercise zone, A paved walking/jogging path around the park, grassy areas and trees for shade, several barbecues and tables. This is a park located in Rowland Heights. There is a hill next to the park. The hill is full of green grass, which is very beautiful. The park has a large green space, a lot of amusement facilities, and a large parking lot. The green space in the park is very beautiful, we can come to exercise and play together. The biggest feature of that park is that there are many basketball courts, where children can play basketball together.
