Fresh seafood, Tamales, roasted peanuts, gourmet pastries, honey, eggs, vegetables, orchids, plants, and meet your local artisans: vintage items, precious stones, batik tumblers, crocheted items for unique items to gift or keep, woodcrafts, handmade bags, there's a lot more! Lovely vendors are nice and friendly, come visit on Saturdays 8am to 1pm! Free spacious parking at Mt. SAC parking lot, clean reatroom is also available at a nearby building. Kids have fun finding a hidden stuff toy to collect a prize from the beautiful market manager. Cash and card payments are accepted. We love Mt. SAC Farmer's Market!

This was the first time I went to this farmers market. It was small but I made some purchases. I bought a fruit tree, croissants, and tamales. The French pastries looked so good but I did notice some of the pastries we're getting a little too much sun and looked a bit melted. I bought raspberry, fruit tart and a chocolate croissant. I got two pork and one chili cheese tamale. The pastries were a bit pricey, but it's hard to resist. Their plants and trees are pretty good prices and proceeds benefit Mt. Sac. I will go back when I have more free time.

My family and I visited here earlier this month on a Saturday morning. There are tents, (so look out for it) it is in the school compound. It was okay. I was expecting more variety of fruits and vegetables. One or two stalls I was not impressed with the fruits the apples were spoiling. Please note if you are on WIC you would not be able to use the cheques for organic vegetables at the stalls. You can use your Wic cheques on those that are not. One particular vendor I spoke to he mentioned, the produce was fresh and pesticides free.

It's good for the most part. The vendors are all really nice and have a lot of great fruits and vegetables, and just different local items that you would just expect from a farmers market that are all really great. It just becomes a nuisance when you can only pay with cash. There are so many things vendors can do to accept payment nowadays; venmo, cash app, square, etc. Cash shouldn't be the only option anymore. It should honestly be illegal knowing how filthy money is in general. It comes in contact with more things that anyone can ever imagine. Contacless payments should definitely be an option. My decisions of where I purchase anything heavily depends on weather they accept it or not. If it's not an option I officially make it a place where I choose not to go anymore. As an alumni for the college, I really feel like this cash only payment...

I've been wanting to go to the Farmers Market for years. I finally had a chance today. There were many fruit and vegetable stands. I ended up buying avocados and oranges from a very sweet lady there. My son was able to try a sample of the bbq chicken pizza and he loved it! We also tried samples of the Mediterranean dips. The man there was so nice and gave us so many samples. We bought the mix berry yogurt, tomato garlic spread, pesto spread, garlic chips, and pita bread. I also stopped by the Stitching With Needles booth and had the pleasure of meeting Leah. She had so many cute handmade items. I bought a Dodgers bag for one of my son's teachers. I really enjoyed spending time here on a relaxing...
