Very multicultural Costco - Asian, Indian & Hispanic. Itās a wholesale wonderland that they charge admission for in the form or membership - and itās worth it! The 1/4 hot dog, endless soda and a slice of pizza came to a whopping $3.73. I was so full that after I shopped I couldnāt justify getting the T-Rex sized roasted chicken for $4.99 cuz there isnāt a family of four back at my house. Got some killer booze deals too! However, in MA and about 10 other states, booze is accessible to all without membership because these states donāt allow membership or discounts or something in relation to alcohol. Take that you other booze pedaling states! Hawaii is one of those states too! Imagine getting a $5 gigantor chicken in Hawaii. I was at a hostel on the big island on the opposite side from Kona and this lady visited the hostel host with an arsenal of wholesale goods and 2 (count emā 2) Jurassic roasted chickens š.
But I digress.
Back to the Waltham Costco that Iāve been to many times. Thereās underground parking lot which I only found out about on this trip because I wanted to keep my Tesla out of the hot sun. What fun! Going underground was a thrill. Cuz the above surface parking lot is chaos!
All the Costco folks I chatted with were friendly and helpful, funny too! I think the bathrooms were pretty ok too!
What else š§, I wanted more than I got which is why I took a ton of pics to remind myself of things to get next time. But how will I be able to stop myself from getting a hot dog, drink and pizza for $3.73 (thatās tax included too!) and then even remotely consider the teradactyl sized biddy (look that up!š¤£).
So, to sum things up for this Costco, go! Ya Ho! I wish I had one in my town. Also great for people watching and seeing just how much sh:t people can pile into one or more than one cart. Also, I thought they had chopped onions or maybe even sauerkraut for the hot dogs, they didnāt. That was a bummer! But I accepted it, and moved on cuz Iām mentally healthy like that. The long descent into the dark and cavernous underground parking lot was a thrill and I didnāt realize that rides were free there! I should mention that itās pretty dark down there so perhaps some brighter lighting might be nice. I didnāt really mind, but itās a thought.
All in all, Iām glad I am part of the family now. And in Waltham, a large multicultural family. Maybe I could share my titanic sized roasted bird š with some new friends/family that I hook up with in the future. Next time! I feel alive again. Thank...

Items are sold in bulk, of course, so it's advantageous for families, restaurants, etc.. The pricing is slightly better than what you may find elsewhere, but we find that the quality of the items, even in bulk, is definitely superior. Value is also guaranteed with the membership. If your savings on your purchases for one year falls short of the cost of the annual membership, Costco will send you a cheque for the difference. Too many products to comment on, but can say that we're consistently pleased with all purchases so far. The store is huge so be prepared. The aisles are wide but can get congested in some areas. The intersection of the food, fruit, and bulk non-alcoholic beverage seems.always to get tight. Not a big deal, solved by patience and not lingering. Costco offers a convenient Electrinic Membership card that can be setup on your smartphone. This will require assigning a form of payment. Another convenience is the self-checkout area. This lane works well but is not as slick as others we've experienced elsewhere. However, the attendant at self-checkout has always been quick to help and much appreciated. If there is another annoyance, it's the parking lot which is narrow and very long; nit a show stopper but it will help you get your daily walk for sure if you can't find a spot close to the entrance. Credit is due to the staff who clearly do all they can to keep the endless flow of products, people, and carts flowing as fast as possible. Next to the huge, caged, Wine & Spirits area is our favorite... rhe hot food shop. A good selection of delights are there, and their freshly made pizzas are absolutely delicious. Served piping hot, the cheese is real Mozzarella and the sauce is surprisingly good. Just let it cool before taking that first amazing bite! Overall this Cosco is amazing...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey HAVE TO HAVE GAS HERE. We go to Danvers Costco to fill up when we are up there which is not often. Gas is soooo important: something that most people need so often. We would also like more auto services such as oil and filter change. They sell oil but do not do the work. What is the point. Automotive is so important to all of us who drive on a daily bases. And some times, they are out of stock on things such as my favorite Kirkland pistachio nuts in shells. Had to go to Danvers to get them. I also wish they would give us a choice to buy produce in smaller quantities so that they won't go bad. Otherwise, I like Costco, but other Costcos that I have to go to in order to get gas, etc. are too far, and does not make sense. I wish they had more stores. Also parking spaces are too narrow: very prone for accidents. And they should mark the isles. Customers have to wander around for the whole store: each and every isle to find what they are looking for. I know that this might be their ploy to get customers to look at everything that they have so that they will buy more, but it is anti customers, and waste too much time for busy customers to wheel around the heavy carts through the entire number of isles to look for that one item that the customer needs:cruel merchandising. Also they are not health conscious. They do not have essential items such as whole wheat bagels, organic half and half, organic plain soy milk which are so common in regular grocery stores. They have white bagels, sweetened " vanilla" soy milk, non organic half and half, etc. What about thinking about healthy choices for their loyal customers who are sooo loyal to Costco like myself? I buy organic chicken and organic chicken breast from Costco. They are not high quality, and when defrosted, all the water comes out, and the meat has shrunken to a fraction of their previous selves. And their organic chickens are not free range which means that...
