Wow I have visited this location a couple times now and it’s really impressive the technology they have put in place for our safety. Basically when you arrive you’ll find an inviting message at the door leading you to a vending machine... not just any old vending machine! This thing is filled with fresh salads, pastas, healthy snacks and sandwiches. All you do is swipe and grab your favorite offering. The machine automatically knows what to charge, which is super convenient. During these times buying a fresh lunch to go and limiting contact with the pubic can be tough to do. Placed an online order for a set pickup time an hour later - when I got there (15 min) past my pickup time my order wasn’t ready. I asked about it and they said they were waiting on the salads. I asked how long it was going to be and the man at the front in a very rude tone said I have no idea we are really busy. But again I ordered them an hour in advance. I asked another person to try and get an updated time and she said I don’t know and then heard the one person at salad bar say she was making them now, had just started making them. Totally unacceptable no apology either. Think twice before...

We where charged for a smoothie and 2 sandwich but only served the 2 sandwich and we were told that they didn't count the smoothie the price was a Total of $35.56 which didn't make sense, so we were changed again for a smoothie at $9.02. so basically $44.58 plus tip for 2 sandwiches and a smoothie. I think they did charge it initially and they just stole the $. I don't think it is ok to steal from a client. I won't recommend it unless you are willing to get charged by something you won't get and ask to pay...
