I have a different experience here because I stayed at this hotel which was amazing up on the hill beautiful view ordered my food from this location the first night I was there and it was fabulous just fabulous so delicious and perfectly cooked for room service ♥️ I went to their restaurant on Saturday I believe around noon time figured I’d eat half a hamburger and save the rest because I had a wedding at 4 o’clock to go to —it took 😡three turns to try to get my hamburger right after they send it back to me completely microwaved with the tomatoes cooked and the lettuce wilted to mush and greasy as ever — I asked for the manager at that point the manager came over and said this will be our fourth try I suggest you order something else —at that point I just requested my bill for my fries she was not a very happy manager and I think she was dealing with a new employee as I could hear the conversation of telling her everything she was doing wrong —-with a new employee is all I can assume I requested my money back I said let me pay for the fries which I ate and they said no charge —I was greatly disappointed and left hungry and sadly there’s was no other restaurant that I could walk to 😡 Having band knees l couldn’t walk down the hill to the local pizza place that was nearby—to far and no time , needed to get ready for weddings— so I guess it’s best to you order—room service — or maybe the nighttime Cook is better than the afternoon one I have no idea but it’s pretty bad if you mess...
Read moreI'm quite curious as to why the Westin decided to have a "Burger Bistro" as their main restaurant, which seems to conflict a bit with their glimmering blue glass hotel landmark visible from 128. My company loves using the hotel ballrooms for meetings and firm wide trainings since parking is free and it's a relatively more accessible location than crowding everyone into Boston.
Maybe they are going for the gourmet burger image like a Five Napkin? Anyway I wasn't in the mood for a burger while eating with some co-workers so I just ordered a side salad and their chili. My colleagues ordered the largest looking burger and a veggie burger. They looked tasty enough and the fries looked normal. I feel like I've been on such a burger kick lately that it's difficult to impress me with my new gold standard (Black Iron Burger).
The server seemed a bit confused at some of our questions but he placed the orders in. We sat near the windows and quite honestly they are super drafty! I felt a chill the entire time from the lack of insulation. We had a great view of the I-95 afternoon traffic. During lunch on a Thursday there were only a few tables occupied. I can't imagine anyone ever coming here specifically for the restaurant. It's more a convenience factor if you are already here. The chili helped warm me up from the polar vortex chill and the salad was just a plain side to fulfill my...
Read moreWhen I tell you this place has wonderful customer service that's an understatement. First we were greeted by a kind woman named Ardemis. She was so welcoming and smiled from the time we graced her presence until we left. Next our waitress was so nice and she was engaging with the kids. Her name was Sandra. I want to say that I thank you both for such an enjoyable time after working all day and being trapped with the kids in the hotel room, you made my day complete and my night enjoyable. The food was so good, it was seasoned just right and my burger was so juicy. Also for other moms out there the kids plates were more than enough for two kids. After sitting in the bonefish grill for 25 minutes with no service until we walked out.... The Relish Burger Bistro was just what we needed and I wish we found that first... Thank you again for the warm welcome, the great food, and the little surprise ending for the kids..I would recommend a...
