So disappointed. I've spent over $1400 on the start of a sleeve so far and when something came up unexpected I tried to reschedule 2 days prior to the appt and it was a huge issue. I ended up taking a loss my 200$ deposit mainly because 2 other people cancelled the same week as me. BUT she cancelled on me when i was 10 mins away because she was tired after I arranged to fill time she had available last min. She said "I'll hook you up for it" not only did that not happen but now I have my arm half done and I'm out my deposit after I spend over 1400 already. It's just been an unprofessional experience. My opinion, there's too many talented tattoo artist to deal with issues when your spending your hard earned money.
Edit regarding response: It was a couple hours shy of 48 hours when i asked to reschedule (not cancel) because of unforeseen travel issues and the appt that she cancelled because she was tired was just to put in SOME work, not do the whole sleeve and she only told me about her being tired 10 mins before I arrived. She was aware of the time I was coming the entire day and was fine with it. I have all the messages and clearly your not aware of the facts because I wasn't in Texas, it was florida but this must go along with how it took me explaining where my deposit was because it wasn't even known I put the deposit down until I had to explain where it was but I understand defending the store so I get the lousy response but whats right is right also what isnt right has to be wrong and the way i have been treated is not professional and if the artist can cancel 10 mins before an appt REGARDLESS of the time it was set to start and I have spend 1400$ for the work done, a couple hours shy of 48 just to RESCHEDULE and not cancel couldn't be considered? Or would have been ok if 2 other people didn't cancel, because that is my fault? OR should we discuss how i made it back in time (i was notifying her of the change in the appt date INCASE i didnt make it back because the person i was with was the one who chose when we left FL., not me and was STILL going to come in so she didn't lose the day and I didn't lose my deposit but she chose not to proceed with the appt. and go ahead with the plans she made. No matter how the company spins it, it was handled poorly when I have spent a lot of money. I'm not saying this place is awful... piercings are good, small walk ins sound like they're handled great but anything big, it's just my opinion it's better to take the...
Read moreHad a horrible experience at this place. Thought the owner had really good work and was going to be reasonable but wasn't. When I first told her about what I wanted for my tattoo, she designed the exact opposite of what I wanted. When she finally designed what I had envisioned she took over 2 hrs doing the outline of my tattoo then takes a lunch break half way into my tattoo. I also belive it was very unprofessional of her to take a walk in before my scheduled appointment. A courtesy call would have been nice to let me know there was gonna be a delay. I should have taken this as a sign and walked out. She also over charged me and was basically getting every penny out of me for her work. I then went to a different tattoo place to have it finished because I was so disappointed. Would not recommend coming here...
Read moreI wanted to highly recommend Amanda from my own personal experience. I also wanted to include the owner, I believe her name is Liz. I looked in the binder at the table & I honestly thought they had been Ai generated or something. The work they do is amazing. The tattoo Amanda did on my sister & I was/is FLAWLESS! My tattoo came out BEYOND my expectations. I was so comfortable during the process, I almost fell asleep. The atmosphere was super chill, mellow and FRIENDLY. We went AS SOON as the opened on Friday the thirteenth. It was an experience I will for sure be doing next year considering there will be 3 Friday the 13ths in 2026.
Also… As with any other sort of appointment. You have to be prepared & ready to be seen ten mins before your spot. Let’s be considerate of...
