ONE OF THE BEST STORES I HAVE EVER SEEN. HARBOR FREIGHT IN EAST WAREHAM MA HAS A VERY GOOD TEAM WORKING THERE. ONCE YOU WALK IN THEY ARE RIGHT THERE TO GREET YOU AND HELP YOU OUT WITH ANYTHING. THESE THREE GUYS CAMERON,NICK, AND EATHAM DO KNOW THEIR TOOLS AND WILL ALWAYS TREAT EVERYONE WITH THE UPPER MOST RESPECT AND THEY DON'T LOOK AT YOU AS A NUMBER $$ THEY LOOK AT YOU AND WILL TREAT YOU JUST LIKE A FAMILY MEMBER. My husband and I work for an appliance warehouse and go to wareham Harbor freight for all our tools, normally we have a pleasant experience with helpful, KIND associates. However upon entering yesterday after a 11 hour day we were stopped at the door by Kim, a supervisor, and demanded to know what we were looking for, when we told her we got a very nasty response along with an even worse attitude when we asked her she got defensive and said "did I do something wrong?" We replied we weren't uses to being treated tgis way and would be informing corporate of our experience . we parted was she said something walked away and slammed the office door. This is unacceptable behavior and we will no longer be doing business with this company and all our family and friends...

Bought a 29.00 cordless drill from this location in Wareham. Only had it for less then 2weeks and won't stay charged. Went to store to exchange it for another one and spoke to manager Eric. And he asked for receipt and I explained did not have it and didn't want refund just a exchange. It is obvious it was from harbor freight still had box drill looks new, but he would not help me and walked away from me. I just moved to Wareham less then a year I've spent over 2k since I've moved here bought a huge generator and alot of things to paint and build even a air compressor.
