We live up near Boston in Quincy, and these guys Nailed it. We were among the very first to get our lawn furniture and been meaning to write this review for months. The service, communication and delivery were on point. Expectations and communication were always great, even when we had problems was "Covid19" delays from the manufacturer, it was clear and accurate. They even delivered 1/2 the furniture on the weekend to get us something versus nothing. Combine that with prices that beat Wayfair, Amazon and Polywood direct. I had a great experience for the second time! Scott was so easy to work with. I have bought a Polywood patio dining table and chairs and a year later I went back to get a set of three Polywood rockers. Last year, they delivered and built the tables and chairs for a small fee which was worth every penny. And today I decided that I wanted the three rockers for our front porch. I called them up, they had them in stock, built them and delivered them about 3 hours later!! Unbelievable service. The quality of the furniture is top notch too. After years of metal dining sets that don’t last and not wanting to deal with heavy wood to clean and oil, I hit upon Polywood. It looks great and I was sold BUT, I wanted to see it and sit down on it. After some research, I came upon Sand & Surf. Look no further, they can’t possibly be more accommodating. I was able to mix and match the chairs, table top and legs that met my requirements. So a dining set with a 20 year warranty, assembled and delivered at a great price. Outstanding !
