Stutz Candy Company — Attraction in Warrington Township

I was so aggravated by the staff here 6 months ago so I submitted a review. Today I decided to try a different store. Same experience! An employee asked if I was next and I said yes, thinking she was the one who was helping me get my behind the counter order. She legit yelled at me that I was not next if I was waiting for my order. This lady had come to the counter with a bag that I thought was mine. She said "You are not next. I couldn't possibly know you had more to your order. I'm not getting your fudge, am I?" My response was an apology paired with "it's only candy, it's not necessary to berate a customer."

Management needs to get some one to "secret shop" or do Undercover Boss to see how their customers are treated.

Candy is fresh, delicious, and priced fairly. The staff though leave a lot of room for improvement. Always poor service, like they're being bothered at work when you ask for candy that's behind the counter- even if it's only going into a bag and they don't have to package it. I’ve purchased chocolates from Stutz before with no complaints, all their products are great. Today, I went to get a few small treats per my wife’s request and maybe the employee was tired, maybe she hates this time of year, I don’t know. I can sympathize with not looking forward to all of the last-minute mostly male shoppers hitting the store, absolutely. Except, I’m not that person and I didn’t barge in, I’m in my default state of being respectful.

Please don’t be exasperated if I add a couple of pretzels to the order, please be a little nicer? Try faking that you’re somewhat pleased to see another customer? My point being, this is a nice store, love the Stutz’s brand, but if I see she’s on the counter (shorter, black top, lots of rings),...

I come to this one every single week candy my salted mix not you name it Easter and Christmas. All the ladies are awesome so friendly. Love them I come all the time. But I have one complaint where are your eagle chocolates? You can make Eagles bars with eagles lollipops with eagles on them, you could make lollipops you can make so much stuff. I was watching Fox local news and they were Talking to all these different chocolate places that had awesome eagle stuff so I took the basket and was so disappointed. If you could please bring back your slit bags that would be amazing. These other cheapies are awful.
