The Gamm Theatre — Attraction in Warwick

Wonderful theatre!

While a part of me will always love their Pawtucket, RI location, the new Warwick space is great and allows more opportunities for everyone. At the Gamm you will find a variety of fantastic plays and it offers a variety of programs for all, especially children. The best play I have seen here is "Sweat" which ran in November 2022. Fantastic story and acting by a cast worthy of its standing ovation! Other great productions have been MacBeth, Marie Antoinette, and King Elizabeth.

Prices and subscriptions are fairly reasonable, and you will find a nice spacious area for refreshments where you can relax before and after the play, as well as during intermission.

I loved the GAMM Theatre - went to multiple shows and was a huge fan. I took a couple friends there and one of them became delirious inexplicably mid-show, we had to move her to the waiting area. She later was brought to the emergency department and was found to have Ketamine in her system. Only drinks we obtained that night were cups of wine from the bar. This can obviously happen to anyone, anywhere - at any time, but I was devastated to hear about this occurring and ruining what otherwise should have been a wonderful night. The management staff was made aware but understandably could do little to address the issue after the event had occurred. Please stay vigilant - to all the staff...

It was unclear which bathroom was for women and which one for men . All The women in that moment was uncomfortable with a man urinating with his stall door wide open essentially exposing himself. It appears that Gamms theater doesn't care about how most women feel about this issue. Clearly they only care about how a select few feel. Actually believe Gamms theater deserves less than 1 star regarding the bathroom and will think twice before coming back. Women's right should...
