Stopped by the show room the other day to look at tile offerings for the bathroom remodel we are doing. Spent about 45mins browsing and looking with not one person to offer help. So I went to the front desk and was informed they were infact short staffed and the only way to get a one on one with a team member was to make an appointment.
So I made an appointment for the following day and made my way back home (mind you I do not live anywhere near Warwick so it's been a commute to get to this place.
I call to verify my appointment and was told there was no appointments before mine and I could come in a little early to get going. So I did.
When I arrived I was told the women that I had an appointment with was helping walk in customers and she would be right with me....
After walking around aimlessly because I had already spend my time browsing and knew what I wanted to talk about, just about 20 mins go by. With a little ease dropping and common sense I can easily tell that the walk in customers were no where ready to end their conversation with the store representative.
Meanwhile there are other employees doing busy work around the store, mind you I don't know if they are sales or just shop help but still no one to tell me it will be a few more mins or to set me up with another sales associate. Glad I left, if this is the way they are going to handle customers it's not somewhere I'm willing to do...

There is opportunity for improvement within the business. Calling into the showroom is met with confusion. Messages taken for callback are not returned. I had to personally drive to the showroom on separate occasions due to non-responsiveness. Ask a team member about the schedule of another and get a blank stare.
So choose your designer carefully and stay with that person. It's a 1:1 relationship and frustration will only result if you believe others can attend to your needs when your designer is unavailable -- Katarina is an exception to this experience. She was more than willing to cover for Monique and very generous with her time. We think her...

They have a very impressive collection of tile ā from beautiful high-end marble to budget-friendly options, including very affordable tiles in the Outlet (located at the back of the store). The Showroom manager, Melanie Lawton, was incredibly helpful and helped me select the best tile for our bathroom project. Shipping times for most tiles are super fastā3 to 5 business days. I couldnāt be happier with the level of service, massive tile selection, competitive prices, and ease of shopping at Best Tile. My contractor recommended I go and visit, mostly because he needed me to pick a tile after taking so long with the decision š .
