BEWARE STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE If I choose zero stars I would’ve! Dropped off an iPhone13 for the back glass replacement. I was told 1-2 hours gave them 2 1/2 with no communication. After arriving I was Told they didn’t have any “glue” and someone is bringing it in. Ended up being over another 6 hours before showing up just before closing! Immediately noticed I was having network / connection issues. Was told it’s cause we were inside a building. I left They closed phone still had same issues. Also noticed my camera wasn’t working as well as having charging issues. Took it to Apple for a diagnostic and was informed they had over heated everything and fried the inside parts. Got the run around from this boss to that boss with the promise to fix it. With no communication for 4 days after being told about it. No updates , no communication nothing but the run around. Had to argue in the store for over an hour to receive a refund. Still out over $1200.00 as I had To buy a new phone caused they completely ruined my other one. They could care less about it and would not provide any business insurance/ information. They denied giving me any info. Don’t bother wasting your time here stay far away. Don’t let the convenience of them being in Walmart peruse you in. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NEVER USE ANY...

Promised to have screen repaired and motherboard fixed in 3 days. Took 12 and now the phone no longer charges. Claimed to repair phone and the phone no longer charges after they "fixed" it. Now they want more $ to do what they said they would do the 1st time. Don't waste you're time or $ here.

Update: took it to another place I normally go to and it was originally diagnosed as needing a new charging port. After the technician opened the phone, he found that the motherboard charging connection had been shorted out and needs a new motherboard (which is what was supposed to be fixed as iFixandRepair stated they would replace/repair the motherboard to "make it brand new").

Stay away from this place. They tell you that they will fix it and proceed to partially fix one thing and break something else to get...

I cracked my screen a few months ago took it to them for repair the a week later the screen stopped working brought back to them they "fixed" it then a week later same thing took it back and it was fixed. I cracked my screen again and I brought it back to them. I paid for the OE screen and it seemed like they gave me the cheaper one because it didn't work the same. So after going back there multiple times they put an OE screen in and it was damaged. Now the 5th time being there this week I might finally have my phone fixed properly.
