To start this there should be a 0star rating Enjoy
Well the manager of this establishment was very rude and seemed quite sad with her self being only a manager who ran a movie theatre... me being 20 years old and my girlfriend who is 20 went to see a R rated movie and apparently we got carded which just entirely blew my mind. The manager than called the officer attending the theater at the time because she felt “unsafe” with me standing there trying to get a refund. Not only did she mock us and make me feel as though i wasent welcomed but i cant but help assume this isnt her first time being a movie theater hero and runing peoples night and (before i get you shouldve had ur ids well i did) i just didnt assume it would be an FBI investigation to see a movie that was probably terrible anyway but it would be nice to finally get out of the houde but nope( i dont know if this is true but she also said i needed to be 21????) all i gotta say is theyll never see me again not that they care but wow im baffled.

Read moreI went to this theater with my seven year old autistic little sister. Now if you know anything about autism, sometimes they will have meltdowns, it's not because they are bad, honestly, they can't help it. So we were in a new place, she wasn't feeling comfortable and things weren't really going the way we planed. My sister started having a meltdown, I will admit it was loud and I couldn't calm her down. I'm guessing the guy who came up to me was the manager and a police officer told me there were people complaining and we need to do something about her. I tried to explain but they didn't understand...AT ALL. As I'm in tears because all the workers were looking at my sister like she's insane, they were STILL trying to get me so fix the situation. Don't you think if I could have, I would? Maybe bringing her to the movies wasn't a good idea, normally my sister does pretty well at movies so I didn't think there would have been an issue. But they also didn't handle it well. I'm a 17 year old girl who was just scared and honestly I didn't know what to do. This is the worst experience I've ever had, it has made me realize how clueless people are about autism and really any kind of disability. For sure, we will never be back to...

This theatre is the most outdated I've been to in I don't know how long. It reminds me of a theatre of yesteryear. The seats, what I believe to be original, are terrible. Simply not comfortable or conducive to a relaxing experience. If you want comfort I would definitely recommend Cinemark 16 in Somerdale, NJ. It's a little bit of a drive if you're local to Regal but if actually like to immerse yourself in a movie (better screen, sound, and seats) it'll be worth it. Oh by the way every theatre I've been to with maybe the exception of AMC is cheaper than this Regal. How is that remotely possible given the product delivered here? Product delivered and value of product delivered are grossly offset. I'm not even sure how their still in business actually. We we're the only people in the theatre for most of the movie. I would have to imagine that the grossly inflated $9.89 (plus tax) popcorn helps to offset the L's they take with...
