I’m always about supporting small businesses in my community and was disappointed with my experience. I found out they were running a promotion $10 for 10 classes. This was an opportunity for me to be introduced to Yoga. Went to a class one day and it took a while to sign me up. I explained to the lady I wanted to give it a try and don’t want to be hooked with a subscription. Because signing me up took too long and the class was about to start I left them my card to complete the process. Class over I knew Yoga was not for me and didn’t attend any other classes.I picked up my card at the end checked my account and confirmed I was only charged $10. Weeks later I found out I am charged $160. After several attempts to contact them (email, phone calls and in person)to get an explanation no one ever got back to me. At this point I was not concerned about the $160 (They probably need it) I didn’t want to be charged again. Since I couldn’t get a resolution I knew how to get their attention, I emptied the account link to my card. Sure enough I received plenty of emails notifications reminding me to update my account information since payments failed.    Read moreThis is the most unprofessional, fraudulent, and scamming wellness business I’ve ever come across in my entire life. They’ve placed an unauthorized auto debit transaction on my card when I’ve never even stepped foot into their business or interacted with them directly.
When I called to let them know — the lady who answered was very defensive and spoke more about my Google review than how to be a reputable business with integrity that resolves errors. She mentioned they wouldn’t be able to reimburse me even though I’ve never been to their studio/logged on to their website prior to the transaction, and had no way of canceling my card on my end. She gave me her word that I would receive a call within 48 hours and have yet to hear from them.
It’s sad that you all have to scam people instead of relying on your business’ performance to bring in profit. I’m grateful it worked out for me with a cancellation of my card and encourage everyone to be cautious with them. I still can’t access their website to cancel my card. Very bizarre way of operating a wellness focused entity — maybe the owner should reconsider...
   Read moreWhat an amazing experience! I hadn’t done bikram in about 4 years, but Jess made the space so safe and comfortable from the moment she stepped in it I felt like I hadn’t missed a class! She is extremely knowledgeable, explains the poses thoroughly, and makes you feel as though you’re the only one in the studio. The spirit and love that was put into this studio and team of directors is impossible to ignore. In terms of expense, the prices are a little better here than what I’ve seen closer to me in Northern Virginia, and they have packages available on Groupon too (love a good deal)! The space itself was expansive, airy, light, and very clean. Spa-like, even. There is a beautiful locker room area with showers, lockers, and toiletries available. They have mat & towel rental too, which I used. The studio has fans which don’t run all the time, but are great for those touch-and-go seconds where you need an extra savasana (or two).
