Gary is alive and well and his gallery is right below his home in Washington, MO. He lives on the Missouri River, and is known mostly for his historical and historical/fictional (i.e. Tom and Huck) paintings of life on the Missouri and Mississippi Rivers. His wildlife paintings have been featured in the Missouri Conservationist Magazine, and on duck stamps and phone books! His murals can be seen throughout Missouri. The detail he puts in his painting, and his talent for making you 'feel' like you're experiencing the sceen he is depicting is extraordinary. Go visit his gallery, I promise you won't be...

If we hadn't had to leave he probably would have kept going. :) He is very enthusiastic about his art, and that really is something...
