with all this quarantine and pandemic stuff, it's hard to find a trailhead in St George or Washington that isn't just covered and crawling with people. this is one of those trails that if you are walking you will not be running into people very often, I've always passed by this area and never knew what it was and since I saw a lot of bicyclists I thought that the trail was not for a pedestrian like me. It turns out that this trail was very easy, accessible, and had great weather with the Sun hitting the trail for most of the walk. we just went straight and stuck to the trail, but there is lots of smaller trails to the left and right for bicycling and for kids to have fun on....

Continue down the road 100 yards to the NW and turn down the new road that has recently been completed. Spacious parking lot and gravel lot for horses and trailers.
