I don’t believe any management is present at this location. 7/13/2024 at 6:30 pm we arrived to a location with dirty floors, all doors and windows were covered in smudges and fingerprints, the online order area looked covered in trash, the prep table for front of house was covered in old proteins/sauces/produce. There were two employees who were exceptionally rude a young white guy with a dark haired ponytail and a young hispanic guy with a soul patch. The white kid looked like he was falling asleep standing by the register crossing his arms sneezed twice without covering his mouth and wiped his nose with his hand and began ringing people up without a second thought. The hispanic guy was just standing there not really doing anything whenever the white guy didn't feel like it he’d ring someone up but when every table is dirty there’s trash all over your floor and papers by your drink station (not the mention the number of violations right beside him) one of them would ring people up while the other cleaned up. There was a shorter white girl with dark hair glasses and a bigger build who did help guests quickly and was polite but she didn't clean either and someone wasn’t bringing food to the front because she kept going back and getting plastic cups of beans to serve customers. I will say the bathrooms weren’t too dirty. Upon entering my party ordered and I walked out to order at Seven Brothers instead and was very happy with my decision. Will be notifying corporate I have NEVER seen a...
Read moreWorst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. They were cooking steak so we had to wait, and we did, then we paid, none of the bowls had steak in it when they packaged it up and gave it to me. What’s worse, after I brought it up to them as they were helping someone behind me, they seemed upset. As if it was my fault I didn’t have steak in my bowl and was bothering them about it now. The African-American woman asked me what I needed, told her the situation and she gave me a cup of steak on the side, in the small plastic container they put salsa in, and there was barely any steak in the thing. On top of everything, I barely get any steak! “Thats how much we put,” she said. Uhm, out of all the Chipotle’s I’ve ever been to (and it’s plenty) that’s not true. Not to mention, they forgot the meat it in the other kids meals, and the one they remembered, the steak was spicy. Which it isn’t supposed to be. So the one kids meal had spicy steak that they couldn’t eat. Seems like a chaotic place at least right now, I don’t recommend. Go...
Read moreThe last time I ate at Chipotle was over ten years ago. I thought they were overpriced then and they are worse today. They just opened a new location off Washington Pkwy and the freeway. I decided to try the carne asada burrito. Eighteen dollars for any burrito is outrageous. ESPECIALLY, when my first bite was a huge piece of gristle. There was some more gristle later on, and I have received no response since I filled out their survey. I will never waste my time again when I can order real Mexican food at reasonable prices. Jalapenos charged 6.99 for a carne asada burrito with real guacamole included. The other thing is there were no Mexicans at Chipotle and there was a blond woman and myself at Jalapenos. All the other patrons were Mexican. I feel the same about Chinese and Japanese restaurants. If the ethnic groups outnumber the other ethnic groups I would bet you will find flavorful and value for the price of your meal. My word of caution is stay away from Chipotle and you...
