We came in for lunch this past Friday. My daughter ordered a hamburger. After taking a couple bites she noticed it was bright pink in the middle. So I asked the tall young man there if she could get her burger more cooked. He went to were the drinks are were the cook was sitting down eating to grab her to recook my daughters burger. Well after 25 min and the rest of us being almost done with our meal my mom went up to ask the tall boy is her burger coming or have you forgot? He said oh sorry let me get the cook again (who had sat down again by the drinks) The Cook again appears at the front but this time we watch as she sits down and starts talking to the other employees and doesnât go to the back to cook. After watching this Group of four talking for a few minutes, I get up to the group of employees standing around and say â Do you know how long it will take to re-cook the burger?â Thatâs when a Latina looking girl with blonde hair looks at me and says with attitude âgive us five minutesâ , then rolls her eyes and walks away. At this time, itâs now been 30 minutes! And you want five more minutes while everyone is sitting around doing nothing?
This is when I lost it. You have half the employees sitting at a table by the drinks, eating and talking, and on their phones. The other half of the employees are upfront in a huddle, talking and sitting down. And no one is in the back, cooking the burger. And this girl has the nerve to give me attitude when My entire group had already been done eating And my daughter was left starving. I told the girl to just cancel the order, and give us our money back for my daughterâs burger. Iâve never been talked to so rudely at a restaurant. I can understand the mistake that maybe they forgot to go in the back and cook it. But then get right on it and treat us kindly. I think you need to retrain your employees on customer service, and professionalism in...
Read moreI think this restaurant might be thriving off a bandwagon effect. If you ignore the hype and go with the expectation of a normal burger place, you'll likely be happy.
We did doordash so the price was a little higher, but we spent $65 on two burgers, an order of fries, an order of loaded fries, and an order of onion rings. My daughter got the most expensive burger, the one on the Taro Bun, and she absolutely loved it. She also enjoyed the regular fries, they were crispy and well seasoned, we both liked them a lot. I got the blue cheese burger and was mostly disappointed. The burger patty is very small so most bites were toppings and I couldn't taste the burger at all. This burger is also advertised as "funky" with a punch of blue cheese, but my burger only had blue cheese right in the center, so I had maybe three bites where I could actually taste the blue cheese. The bun was good, everything was good, but not enough burger and not enough blue cheese. There was nothing remarkable about the burger at all. The onion rings were solid large onion rings that tasted good but nothing really unique about them. The loaded fries were not enjoyable at all. I think they must be made with sweet onions or maybe the sauce is sweeter because they had a strange sweet flavor that we didn't like. We could both eat their regular fries all day long though. There was nothing wrong with anything, but for the price and the hype, I was...
Read moreOh boy, where do I begin...? We just went to SEVENB ROTHERS the location in Washington, UT and it was AMAZING! Started with a great greeting when we walked in then being very helpful when we placed our "special request stuff on the side" order telling us our request was no problem. Great suggestions on what to order and very quick and friendly. Then our food came out so quickly it really took us by surprise! There was a simple mix up on our order and the gentleman who brought our stuff was extremely apologetic, even though it really was not a big deal but the concern and GENUINE care that he gave is so refreshing. You just don't get that kind of service anywhere anymore. The food is fresh, hot, and HUGE portions!! We were checked on a couple of times making sure we didn't need anything. I'm truly shocked at how great this was, sounds exaggerated, but honesty I just don't think food establishments care to give "service" anymore and Seven Brothers really made us feel valued and that is rare and should be shouted from the rooftop!! GO TO SEVEN BROTHERS!!! Best food, Best service, I imagine Best values taught and learned in this...
