Healy Lawn — Attraction in Washington

There is a distinct lack of shade here. Watched law school grads develop heat exhaustion, babies roast like game hens, and faculty exemplify stoicism over the course of five hours. I enjoyed walking across Healy Lawn with my two adjacent sons. It was a beautiful sunny late winter day. The students were milling about, walking, talking, laughing.

The architecture of the gothic structure looming big above us was a great pleasure.
