Marvin Gaye Park — Attraction in Washington

Instead of calling it Marvin Gaye Park, it should be called THE DOPE FIEND PARK. They sell heroine, marijuana dipper, pills and ,loose cigarettes, and stolen good's in there Kids on there way to school get high, fight, and make social media video's in the dope fiend park. Ambulance are called there on a regular because someone has overdosed. They hide and burn stolen cars on the side of the park. And its next to two projects, LINCOLN HEIGHTS AND...

The splash park is really nice and it’s right where the stores are, they only down fall is that it’s across the street from Marvin Gaye Park that park is filled with junkies they sell any and everything in that park all day long. Also it’s a lot of crime that happened on Division Ave. I live within walking distance & I refuse to take my gbaby there because it’s to much crime...

Its a great lil gem, but the area is definitely not ideal for family fun. The equipment is clean and well maintained,.except one swing. The water feature is awesome on a hot summer day. The park(s) are AWESOME but the constant nefarious behavior that occurs makes it intimidating...
