Yum's Carryout — Attraction in Washington

This place is filthy and I have called the health inspector twice. There are dead bugs in the corners and window seals. I do not eat MEAT but I arrived I saw buckets of pre-cooked chicken sitting out uncovered. I did not know what this place looked like until I got there for a refund. They charged my card, then delivered my food to work. I didn't have my card on me so they took my soda back and took 10$ for my food. 3 days later I have a charge on my card for 15$. I ordered General Tso Tofu for pickup and received chicken. I'm vegetarian and don't eat chicken, so I called to request the tofu. She remembered making the chicken instead of tofu on the phone. Then, when I came to pick it up, because I didn't bring the chicken back (I left it for a friend to eat as leftovers since they would have to throw it away) and she refused to give me to the tofu if I didn't either go home again to get the chicken or pay. Hands down best Chinese food I’ve ever had! I always get their egg rolls and chicken & broccoli you just can’t go wrong with them. I have tried other things on the menu such as the lo mein which was really good. I’ve never had a great experience with this dish from other Chinese takeout places so I was really pleased. There always so generous, and the foods alway fresh and super delicious. I’ve been going here for 5 years and never had an issue. I just wish I lived closer so I could drop by anytime!
