Went in on 10/01/2024 to pre-order indiana jones and the great circle for PS5, i knew the game didn't come out until spring, but employees from this location and another location both assured me that the PS5 game will be available for pick up on 12/31. I go in today, not holding my breath on it, asking to see if it's ready for pickup, different employees from last time, tell me they don't have it until next week due to a "shipment" issue. As expected, i called another store out of curiosity and was told the opposite. Needless to say I am frustrated, lying to customers is not how you do service. Take your money and business to another location, this location can't even answer the phone.
Update: 04/19/2025 Went in to pick up my pre-order, gave my phone number in which the employee claims she couldn't find it under it, she then proceeded to charge me full amount instead of taking my inital deposit off of the game, somehow the information I had placed the game under got switched with another account in which I wasn't allowed to use my rewards for the game. I rushed up there to get one for myself and asked where does it state you cannot buy two of the same item or even state you specifically can't buy two of that system??? He said it is in the sales ad. I got the ad and asked him where it says that? He reads it and cannot find that statement....hmmmm bc that is BS. He then proceeds to say well it is just my policy...Mr. Aaron you work in customer service and absolutely suck at it!!! You are not management material. I bought this controller for over $100 with warranty that I paid an extra $20 for for my PS5 and after it stopped working and wouldn't charge after just a month she could not warrant it out and blamed a new policy in place and that there was nobody above her that could do anything about it even though I have an account that shows I bought the controller and warranty and my receipt.
