Placed an order through DoorDash but that’s was definitely a big mistake; but not on DoorDash mostly on Hashi’s fault on our order being wrong. Whenever we tried to call and explained what was wrong the manager Sherlin practically blamed it on DoorDash which didn’t seem right cause honestly they aren’t the ones to make the food.. we tried to explain she basically cut us off and said we didn’t specify so they made the choice for us but I was just confused because whenever I question her about the defaults; the default for the bowl is usually rice but we got noodles mixed in instead of rice; so whenever I mention that to her she seemed to get annoyed and tells “ I’ll make the rice and you come get it” “I don’t have any driver’s for y’all called DoorDash cause we don’t get the money so it’s their problem” but the point of this was to make the moment right and just maybe fix it for us even if it was for some other time and own up that they did make the mistake instead of try to blame another party that didn’t have fault for our meal being wrong but instead of trying to make the moment right.. Read moreI’ve been coming here for awhile, and have been getting the same thing each time I come. The first time I ever got this meal there were 2 sides of both teriyaki sauce and some yellow sauce. Ever since then though it’s always been the yellow sauce and never the teriyaki (but I ask for the sauce I like and they’ve always given it to me). Anyways, today I specifically asked for the T sauce because they always leave it out of the bag. When I did this the girl pressed a button quickly on my screen right before I swiped my card. I then swiped my card before realizing she charged me extra for the sauce. It wasn’t so much a big deal to me that it is an extra charge, but I really didn’t like that she didn’t tell me it cost extra because I actually would have gotten 1 side of sauce instead of 2 if I knew it wasn’t free.
I asked after swiping my card if that was an extra charge and she said yes and I said I wish she would have told me it was extra before I paid. So hopefully she considers her level of professionalism next time and clarifies something is an extra charge so the customer can make informed decisions.

Read moreI ordered from Uber Eats. BIG MISTAKE!! The spicy tuna roll I ordered had tuna that smelled and tasted rotten. I ate one piece and ended up throwing the rest out because it was inedible to be frank. This is the kind of thing that will make a person sick! And yet, no one seems to be taking this complaint seriously, which I find highly disturbing. The rest of my food was okay, though the portion size is pathetically small. No one seems to think it's important enough to warrant a refund just for that one roll. I'm completely appalled and will NOT be ordering from this place again.
I don't like being the person who makes complaints or bad reviews on a restaurant. I'm fact, this is the first complaint I've ever made on a platform like this. I was a restaurant manager for several years and understand what it's like to be on the receiving end of a complaint, so I hesitate to do anything like this, but this has been handled so poorly that I feel I need to share this with other people so they don't make the mistake of ordering here....
