I'm very happy I found your company. I was very happy with your customer service and the promptness of your delivery and the variety of options and flowers and accessories available throughout the website.
The order arrived on Thursday as promised and I immediately cut the stems, put thrm in water to rehydrate as directed by you.
The 50cm freedom red roses and Thistle Eryngium Blue were beautiful and I have absolutely no complaints about.
But I was very disappointed with the Spray Rose Red and Ivy Green.
When I opened the box they all seemed withered but I figured that was because your website did say to put them in water to rehydrate so I did exactly as directed. The next day the spray roses and the ivy never perked up and they looked terrible in the bouquet. I was very disappointed with them. In addition the ivy contained a much smaller amount than I anticipated. I had seven centerpieces and I did "chat" with someone at your company so I'd buy enough ivy. They recommended two bunches which is what I purchased.
Originally I was going to create a bouquet for me, the bride, but I took that out of the equation and only did the seven centerpieces. With the two recommended bunches of Ivy I was able to put approximately 3 pieces of Ivy in each centerpiece. I wish I would have bought more but then again if they were not dried up and curly and dead-looking I think that would have helped a lot also. Bottom line is I'm 50% happy with my order.
Like I said the large roses and thistle looked absolutely beautiful but the other half did not.
Their customer service was excellent I just don't know what would have caused this issue with the ivy and the spray roses.
Additionally I would have called but just had no time. I think anybody who plans a wedding or a big event understands that even a single phone call is impossible to do and that's where I stood I had no time I just had to keep moving.
So thank you very much for everything your customer service and the two beautiful flowers out of four. I am seriously not sure if I would order from you again or not I guess I'd have to wait until that time comes and then decide. Normally, I would go to my local wholesaler but I decided to give this a try because the reviews were okay and the site states they could ship the product quickly. When they arrived, I immediately noticed that two bunches of the flowers (stock and snaps) were DOA. They were brown and the tops of the snaps were broken, and the stems were very thin and creased in the center. Disappointing. I discarded those and moved on. I did not take photos of the two discarded bunches as I was extremely stressed about what to do for this event as it was too late to order from the local wholesaler. However, I did contact BBTB and because i had no "photo evidence" they credited me only $15.00. The other flowers were in rough condition but I processed them immediately and placed them in containers with water/food and they seemed to revive. However - when I began to create the arrangements I started to see that all of the flowers were beginning to turn brown on the tips of the petals. Ugh! I pinched what I could off, and sprayed them again with a water mist. The lemon leaf bunches had a good deal of brown spots on the foliage. Fast forward: I got them through the event, but I was really sweating it out. I gave the arrangements away to family members and friends, and they all contacted me in the next few days to say the flowers were completely dead. I am a former florist - I know how long these flowers should last. Spray roses, Gerber Daisies, daisy pomps - all dead. The company attempted to blame FEDEX for the damage, but this is not due to poor delivery procedure - it is poor product. I would not recommend purchasing from this...
   Read moreOk here's the good bad & the ugly of my review. I was looking for a reputable company to order the wedding flowers for my daughters wedding and came across Blooms. The reviews are what did it for me and I placed a 600$ order. When the time came to be ready to receive them I was very excited! However, the Fed-Ex guy handed me a small box and said that was it (this was a box of dusty miller and it was in beautiful condition) I contacted customer service and they immediately refunded my hefty 48$ shipping costs and contacted fed ex........we can't control mother nature and I get that, my big box was delayed a day due to wildfires in CA! I would get them the next day. This concerned me because theyre only fresh in the box for so long. Fed ex express contacted me the same day and made arrangements for me to pick them up first thing in the morning at the airport. Unfortunately when I got them home and opened the box heat actually came out! The special flowers for the bouquet were totally destroyed!! Rotten rose heads, the ranunculas had rotten stems, the olive branches were dead etc. Blooms immediately refunded the money as soon as I sent pics. Ultimately I had to spend time I didn't have to try to run around and find replacement flowers. Never underestimate Safeway! I spent far less and the boquets turned out amazing!! It's a good thing I am a retired florist and know my business tho. My message to you is to make sure you know where your flowers are being shipped from as we cannot predict what natural disasters may affect our orders.
