The food was delicious! We started with the mixed cold appetizer. Everything was so flavorful. The baba ghanoush was smoky and savory. The hummus was creamy and rich. The platter was served with fresh, warm bread. It was so good we had to ask for more! We got the mixed platter for two. The meat portions were more than enough for two. It could’ve had more rice, but I LOVE the way they make their rice, so I guess that’s just me being a fatty. The meats were so tender and flavorful! We got the mixed Kids platter, and I was pleasantly surprised. It’s not your typical fries and chicken tenders. It included mozzarella sticks, strawberries, cucumber, and dried apricots. My 4 year old LOVED it and I appreciated the balance and variety. My son ordered the gyro dish, I didn’t get a chance to taste it because he devoured it! I think it’s safe to assume that is was delicious. We ordered the Turkish tea with our meals, it was great! For dessert we got the baklava, a chocolate and strawberry cake and the pistachio cake. They were all yummy but the pistachio cake was my favorite. It was crunchy, creamy, smooth, and just the right amount of sweet!! I paired it with a Turkish coffee which never disappoints! Not only was the food delicious but the service was excellent! They were attentive, responsive, sweet, and efficient! The ambiance was really cute too. They have a flower wall for the gram and everything is clean and with good taste. Ohhhh and I forgot to mention, it’s BYOB!!!! It’s a must try! We will...

I don't know how did this place got a 4.9 star rating it should be 4.1 or 4.2 the most.I ordered the hot mixed appetizer the hot mixed grill entrée and the Caesar salad that way I would try everything. The kebbeh was greasy the falafel was below average cheese roll and the zucchini pancakes were really bad the hummus was average not even the falafel was too crunchy outside. The mixed grill dishes was below average and blend I had to add salt to everything. I came here with an empty stomach and a huge appetite but left with an empty wallet and an upset stomach. I don't know how the hell this place got a 4.9 rating that's the reason why i came here in the first place. The Caesar salad was very soggy i know you don't order that in a middle eastern place but my son wanted it.the grilled tomatoes that came with the mixed grill were cold and it seemed like they just put it on the grill for just one second abd the side salad that came with the entrée was just plain spinach and lettuce and rice was blend.I really was very disappointed with this place and also it very expensive. I grew up in New York and i love and know good middle eastern, Turkish and Afghani food and this place is not it. Oh the busboy boy didn't speak English but was very very nice but the waiter wasn't ,he was on his cellphone most of the time and I had to get his attention a couple of times and hw never once came to the table to ask if...

Our recent dining experience at Zaytin was spectacular. We began our meal with a delightful assortment of mixed hot appetizers, which included cheese rolls, falafels, and kibbeh rolls. While all the appetizers were delicious, the kibbeh rolls stood out with an outstanding special touch from the chef that elevated their flavor to another level.

For the main course, we ordered the Zaytin Special Casserole intended for two people, although we were a group of four. Demonstrating exceptional generosity, the chef added four lamb chops to accommodate us all. The portion size was incredibly generous; despite our best efforts, we couldn't finish it and happily took the leftovers home. Both lamb chops and cubed gyros were perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor, a testament to the chef's skill and attention to detail.

The service at Zaytin was exceptional, with staff members going above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was enjoyable. The chef himself took the time to personally check on us and inquire about the quality of the food, which added a personalized touch that we greatly appreciated.

The ambience of the restaurant was another highlight. The decor and atmosphere were warm and inviting, making it a wonderful place to enjoy a meal with family or friends.

We are already planning our next visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional...

Something definitely was off in the kitchen on a Friday night. The restaurant was nearly full, but only serviced by 2 waitresses and seemingly only 1 cook in the kitchen. The mains took an hour to come out and everything was just ok. We ordered manti and the mix platter for our main courses. The dough in the manti was way too thick, to the point that you couldn’t taste the filling. They seemed a bit stale overall. The mix platter came out ok, with no consistency- some things were good, some overcooked, some burnt. You can tell the cook was struggling. The chicken was dry (you can tell it was slightly overcooked) and all the flavors of the meats were muted. As for the atmosphere, you can see that they are trying to look fresh on the surface, but if you start paying attention to the details in the restaurant like seats, ceiling and bathroom, you can see they all need an update. We skipped the dessert, but they did bring out some complimentary baklava to compensate for the delay. The best thing was the bread, which says it all. Overall it feels like the restaurant has potential to be really good, but is obviously lacking in quality and some managerial standards.
