Warren Deli & Grill — Restaurant in Warren Township

This morning was my first time at Warren Deli & Grill. I called about 20 minutes ahead and picked up a sandwich. It was a grilled chicken sandwich with fresh mozzarella cheese and spinach. I got there expecting my sandwich to be waiting for me because there was only one other person there. I paid and then was told my food wasn't ready yet. I didn't understand why not because I called twenty minutes ago, but said at least it wont be cold when I get it. (sike) About 5 minutes later I got my food, drove about 3 minutes to work, opened my sandwich and it was so cold!! I even had one of my coworkers touch it to make sure I wasn't crazy but this (What i expected to be hot or at least not so cold) was cold to the touch. The chicken definitely hadn't been warmed up because the cheese wasn't melted at all. And the spinach was cooked, but still... cold. I could have simply microwaved it, but as I kept eating the chicken seemed a little gummy and was also tasteless. This $9 sandwich was a waste of money as a threw it out. Never...

We love Warren Deli. We order takeout all the time at the office. Delivery is always fast, as long as you don’t catch the lunch rush. They are very friendly and always happily answer my questions about vegetarian items on the menu. This place is very convenient and has a menu with a wide variety so there’s something for everyone. The smoothies and veggie quesadillas are delicious, and the omelettes(come with potatoes and toast) are extremely reasonably priced. They have good soups too. The only piece of feedback I have, is I wish you could make chicken and other meats an option on the salads, so vegetarians can enjoy your salad...

If you like being spoken to in a condescending manner you’ve come to the right place! I placed an order here yesterday between 2 and 3pm and the rude ass lady who clearly hates her job spoke to me like I was an idiot. I placed an order for delivery to Toyota dealership - I do not work here I was just a customer waiting for my car to be ready. The rude employee decided to ask me “what department?” I told her POLITELY zone moment let me ask she then says “how do you not know where you work” Let me ask you why do you hate your job???????? I will never order from here and I will continue to tell everyone how disgusting the employee...
