Five Below — Attraction in Waterford Township

the worst five below I've ever been to! I placed an online order and had to call two days later because they never filled it.... the associate answered phone "YEAH WATERFORD!?" uhh Waterford what? learn some professionalism! and since they didn't fill the order when I placed it, more than half was out of stock. Seems like no one has any clue what they're doing at this location. they're all running around like chickens with their heads cut off....

For over 24 hours, the employees left a broken pallet with exposed nails in the driving area behind the store. The resulting nails punctured my tire in a fasion that left the tire unrepairable. Not only did their negligence result in me having to buy a new set of tires (AWD), I was the one who cleaned up the broken pallet. Disgusting precedence to set as a new neighbor in a professional...

Went there today. I was very unhappy with the way they ran the store. There was not one sales associate out on the floor to check us out. Everyone of the workers there were hiding out in the back. Another customer literally had to go to the back to find someone to help us customers in the store. I'm not sure I will shop at the Baldwin location again. Very disappointed....
