Poor service. I had a drug representative coming to my clinic for a lunch in, we have ordered from here several times in the past year. The process is we call in an order for 7+ people and the drug rep picks it up on his way in, they have always let us do payment at pickup since we don't pay I don't have access to payment since it's a lunch in. This has never been a problem but after sitting on the phone for 20 minutes placing our order which they were out of half the things on their menu which was frustrating at the end the guy asks if I'm paying with a gift card or credit I told him the person picking up will be paying then proceeds to tell me they changed their policy and all carry out orders have to be paid by phone. Okay I guess I understand you've had people not show up for orders but I'm sure that happens with every restaurant that does carry out. I explained if they can make an exception that this is a big drug company their not going to not pick up our food. A lady manager gets on the phone and tells me another 3 times like I didn't understand the first time. All I was asking is if they can make an exception this one time, yes or no answer. And then they tell us it's fine pickup in 20 min. They didn't start making our food until the drug rep came in and paid. Zoeitis is not happy with how their rep was treated and we will not be ordering from here anymore. Zoeitis is kind enough to come in and educate us on the latest canine and feline medications for the public and provide lunch for our staff they deserve to be treated with respect. Read moreI got into a major argument with a manager over the way my quart of soup was packaged. I and a previous order here for a quart of soup that was not secured in the bag and it busted over when trying to get ot out at home. I was scalded and the soup went everywhere. The manager argued with me that that they is the way they will be doing it and not securing it in a larger bag with a cardboard holder to keep it from spilling. This argument got heated in front of the other customers and this manger then threatened to kick me out instead of admitting they have an issue with packaging. The district manager later called and only counseled this manager and took down my comments about packaging. Someone will get burned in the future and sue them,. This manager escalated a situation in front of a store filled with customers and made for a hostile atmosphere. He has yet to apologize.I am now going to Zoup and never again coming back to Panara after spending hundreds the past 3 years at stores all over the country. Read moreOrdered a dozen bagels a large coffee and a cinnamon latte for pickup this morning. When it was ready, I went in to pick it up. There was only on of the drinks on the shelf with the bagels. I didn't know that I had to get my own coffee. This is all fine but there was nobody at the counter and the two girls making sandwiches ignored me like I was a ghost. Not even a simple "hi somebody will be with you in one minute", that would suffice for me. No eye contact, no acknowledgment, nothing. When the lady that was working the register returned I asked her if they still had to make the cinnamon latte, I thought that maybe they made them fresh when you came to pick it up. She asked the girls in the back if they made it and with a very, very snotty tone, one girl said I put it on the shelf and rolled her eyes.
