I don't typically write reviews, but this one was absolutely warranted!!! Since COVID-19, the fast-food industry has truly suffered, especially during nights with lack of staff. I called last night to see if the hours on google were actually correct, as lack of staff has left business with shortened hours since the virus. Getting someone to answer a phone at FF restaurants has also not been likely these days, but to my most pleasant surprise, THE KINDEST WOMAN ANSWERED! Her name was Rae, and she was incredibly friendly. Told me what time her dining room was open until, and what time her drive-thru was open until, and told me to come and see her any time. Her personality alone made me want to walk in the store and meet her (when the drive-thru obviously would have been more convenient)! My food was ready very quickly upon placing it, and Rae was truly an absolute joy. I also purchased a gift card while I was there, and Jesse, the one who was running the drive-thru, was able to help me with that. He was also such a pleasure to talk to and so kind!!! These two truly made my day!!! My order was correct, my service was fast, and I left the restaurant feeling happy to have interacted with such genuine people. These people deserve a raise! I called the restaurant earlier today and raved to the new manager, Jacob, about my positive experience. Jacob was also incredibly sweet, and these people are the reasons I will...

I went again just the other day to pick up a mobile order and when i got to the order screen it went like this:
(Customer in front of me orders 4 hard tacos and pulls up to window, so now I pull up)
"Welcome to Taco Bell may I take your order?" "Hello, I have an order for Adam to pick up." "Uhhhhhh, ummm, uhhh, oookayyyy be right with you." 3 minutes later "Welcome to Taco Bell may I take your order?" "Yes, I have a mobile order under the name Adam." "Oh yeah, right, hmmm. Uhhh be right with you." 2 minutes later "2nd window please."
Now I KNEW better to do a detailed check of my food in the bag, but they got the drink correct, so I let my guard down. I gave the contents of the bag a quick glance and I went home.
Yep, you guessed it, I got the other dude's order of 4 tacos. Guess he got my mobile order. Ugh.
In this day & age, we have: Wireless communication Automated order screens Surveillance video cameras Mobile ordering apps
More technology than what put men on the moon.
But they're not going to the moon, they're serving up tacos and burritos and failing miserably.
This is the workforce that wants $20/hr "liveable" wage and everything for...
Read moreAt the Waterford Taco Bell drive-thru, I asked the associate if he remembers the Meximelt and if I could order a cheesy rollup with the added ingredients to make it like the old Meximelt. He said yes, but then a woman interrupted him on the speaker and told me I was not allowed to use the word "Meximelt" at Taco Bell and said I needed to express exactly how to make my order. I asked what the ingredients were to the old Meximelt so I could tell them how to make my order, but she refused to say and, rudely (loud, negative, brusque tone) said I am now allowed to use the word Meximelt and they are now allowed to talk about it. I said I'd have to sit in the drive-thru line and Google the ingredients then. After several minutes of Googling the ingredients, I ordered the item. When I received the item, the cheese was not even melted. This entire conversation is confusing because at SEVERAL other Taco Bells I have said the exact same thing with no problem. Customers should not be yelled at for using the word Meximelt, and employees should be able to answer questions honestly. Why cannot they list the ingredients of a former Taco Bell item or answer...
