Literally this place went above and beyond for me I had purchased a PlayStation with a couple controllers and games a while ago and when I did I brought it home and I was having issues with the PlayStation working so I called them they said bring it on back down and I did and they checked both controllers one of which was bad and there was an issue with the PlayStation and they didn't even hesitate to get me another PS4 a new controller for a used one and they gave me a couple games I highly recommend going to the store I've been there quite a few times you know and then you got the restaurants right there next to them like Boston Market or whatever it is but those guys in there are knowledgeable I still go there even after such a long time of being in Flint I will still drive down there just to get products from them they are better than GameStop better than Media Reload better than Disc Replay by far my favorite game store in all of the lower half of Michigan great store great prices great atmosphere go on in and give him a chance you won't be disappointed these dudes are just...

This place is horrible and their business model is to literally scam you. Just look at their refund policy right next to their register. If you don’t, they’ll be happy to tell you about it… but only after you’ve made your purchase! Brand new games CANNOT be returned - even if the packaging hasn’t been opened. Used games can only be returned if there’s technical issues but good luck with them honoring that.

They will lie to you to get your money and to make as much money as possible. I wanted to know if my PS2 was still working. I didn’t have the capabilities to test it at home so I politely asked the employees in the store to test it for me and out of good faith let me know if it works or not. If it didn’t work then I’d consider buying a new one. They told me it didn’t work and they’d give me 5 bucks for it. Luckily, I didn’t accept that deal but I did buy a PS2 from them. Once I had the ability to test my PS2 at home, lo and behold, it works just fine.

The service was fine, but this place is awful! Their products are junk. I traded a ps4 for an xbox one…when I got home, the controller didn’t work. It was too late to go back so I had to wait. When I went back to get a different controller the next day, they went through six controllers to find one that worked. SIX! And this one still doesn’t work right! But now I’m past the 14 days so they won’t exchange it…even though they know they sold me junk. And now a few months later, the Xbox won’t turn on. I called the store and was told “I can take a look for you, but you bought it over 14 days ago so I can’t exchange it.” So now I have a useless hunk of junk that doesn’t work. I will never set another foot...
