DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. A VERY BAD BIDDINESS . THEY ARE LIAR DECEITFUL AND EXTREMELY RUDE TAKE UR MOBEY CLAIM THEY DONT HAVE TO HONEST I had a very disappointing experience with this business. I purchased a stove for $280, plus $100 for delivery, totaling $380. Upon delivery, I discovered large, undisclosed dents on the appliance—damage that was not visible at the time of purchase since the stove was placed between other appliances. Even the delivery person took pictures and acknowledged the damage.

When I returned to the store with the receipt and photos, hoping for partial compensation, the owner was dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional. He blamed me for not inspecting the stove more carefully, even though the damage was hidden. I only asked for a fair adjustment, not a full refund, but he flatly refused.

When I mentioned reporting the issue, he mocked me and said, “What are they gonna do?” He even stated that he didn’t have to be honest about the product’s condition. Instead of taking responsibility, he offered a different stove—something I neither needed nor wanted—or suggested I return the damaged one but pay another $200 for delivery, without any guarantee of a refund.

As a single parent who paid in good faith, I feel deceived, disrespected, and taken advantage of. This business operates dishonestly and without integrity. I would not recommend...

We purchased a refrigerator from this place 3 months ago, and we have mostly been happy with our purchase. But there are a few things that really stand out to me as someone who services household appliances myself. The gentleman who sold us the fridge was kind and professional. We opted for delivery and were told to text the delivery guy. We scheduled with the delivery guy and when the day came that the refrigerator was supposes to be delivered, the guy was a no-show which freaked us out because we already paid for the fridge. But none of this led to me leaving this negative review. What made me decide to leave a negative review 3 months later was the fact that our refrigerator did not come with any literature on the unit, the model/serial tag on the inside was ripped off so we have no way of knowing even what water filter we need to buy for replacement. We have no information on maintenance for an appliance that literally uses butane (an explosive gas) as refrigerant. If we had been told just once about any of this, I probably still would have bought the unit but the fact that they deliberately hid all of this from us just screams SHADY BUSINESS to me and I won't be doing any business with Nick's Used Appliances going forward. I purchased a stove and dryer from this place and was told we can pick up before closing time at 6pm. We returned the same day at 5:30pm and it was closed. Returned the the following day at 4:30pm and was closed again We kept calling the place no answer. Then on the third day they called me and asked me when was I going to pick up my stuff. I explained that I went twice and the guy said "sorry we had an emergency". I asked if for the inconvenience if they could deliver and he completely ignored me and asked me again when can I pick up. I told I had already made arrangements two days in row and it would be nice to have them delivered for the inconvenience and he said "no". The manager called me about two hours later, and the first thing he said was when are you picking your stuff. I explained everything that happened. Never apologized and said pick up time is only until 4pm He stated he was going to repamand his employee. I told I was no longer interested in the items and that I was going to have my bank cancel the transaction, he stated you can't then he said do what you have to do...
