So what about that taste. Indescribable and still 100% accurate as Dan educates his community on. Like wine, cocoa plants take on traits and flavors which translates to the bean. The owner(Dan) is importing cocoas directly from center/south America. From small suppliers or cocoa farmers only. His chocolate bars are single origins; many of them are mixed with other flavors like matcha, chili pepper, coffee.... or infused with rum/alcohol or chunks of cherries, almonds.... And yes, you can sample them. It is a little bit more pricey chocolate but for good reasons; it’s not your regular “chocolate bar“ you normally find at the grocery.
