Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Wauwatosa

I’ve never had a bad Noodles experience until today and I am a very frequent customer. First time visiting the Wauwatosa location and it was terrible. Employees were unprofessional and using swear words in their conversations with other employees in front of customers, the computers were frozen so I was standing there waiting for 10 minutes before I could even order, soda machine had 2/3 of the drink options out of order/unavailable (no exaggeration), then I get home to eat my to go order and there is a THICK dark hair sitting on top of my food it kind of looked like a long piece of dog hair, and the Rice Krispie was somehow like wet and crumbly and did not taste like a Rice Krispie. I am not normally one to post reviews or complain because I’ve worked in the customer service industry forever so I get it business have their bad days but I cannot think of one positive thing from my experience at the Tosa Noodles & Co location. Would not recommend. Any others in the Milwaukee area though I’ve had very pleasant...

10/2022 Update: They routinely have issues with availability of online ordering.

This place is constantly out of ice. Was just in today and not only were they it if ice but all of the sodas were "unavailable". Waited about ten minutes to get it fixed. While waiting someone tried to give me my food which I told him I didn't want because I was still waiting for soda. Now finally sat down and seeing all kinds of people who ordered their food after me getting their order and here I am still waiting for food.

Update: Had to go up and ask about my food. Was told it's been over there and "they just couldn't find me". At least they are making me a new one since that one would be cold but should have been offered one of the Mac and cheeses the person I had to ask was carrying since they were taking it to someone who ordered after me.

On a side note, I have never had an issue with any of the staff here as some of the other reviews are saying. They just need to do something about their trash...

This establishment has a lunch rush which as a customer and previous food service employee I fully understand. But while my children and their friends were at this establishment the manager failed to give me a valid reason why they were told to leave 2 weeks ago. They were sitting behind their friends who all had ordered food. So the manager tried to have me believe that there were so many people sitting in the restaurant that these 4 seats were needed for paying customers. Not likely. Again i must reiterate that all 6 of their friends ordered food. This is unexceptionable. It was hot outside that day and they had walked over from the park to spend time with their friends while they ate and were embarrassed when asked to leave even though they were not disturbing anyone or taking a table from another customer. Ridiculous. Not to mention they are the only African American kids with the whole group so this doesn’t speak well for this establishment. Shame on you noodles...
