Went to see the wiz on 3/9/2025. My fiance' purchased seats from there website, and when we got there one of the seats were for someone in a wheelchair. Apparently the site did not indicate that. We asked for the manager and when he arrived my fiancé explained how the seat we got was not correct. The manager Broderick was extremely rude, his attitude was distasteful, combative and unprofessional. The sound quality was outstanding—clear, powerful, and perfectly balanced, which made the performance even more enjoyable. The parking was very easy to find and conveniently located, something that makes a big difference when attending large events. On top of that, the facilities were very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere.
