This was my always go to starbucks due to being 5 minutes away my home but for my last 5 visits, customer Service has been 👎. They have been getting my orders wrong and when I ask that it needed to be a certain way, I gotten bad attitudes. Another 2 times when I ordered my refresher with light ice, they have given it to me half full, when I requested to filled the drink, they stated the reason it's half full it's because I ordered light ice, and light ice doesn't mean i get more of anything else. I kept requesting it to be filled and they kept refusing. When I Asked to speak to the manager, she stated she was the manager. Another occasion, I had a mobile pick up, I pulled up to the speaker station of the drive thru and stated "pick up for Angie" they answered "ok it will be ready by the window". Now there was a long wait, like 5-10minutes, so by the time It was my turn at the window, they said to me "Did you ordered?", I said "yes, pick up for Angie", they stated "Next time you have to tell us!" I said "I did, pick up for Angie" and she reply rudely, "well we didn't hear you!". I'm like Wow....now after 5 bad experiences I find myself driving an extra 10 minutes everytime I want to have...
Read moreThis location has some rude employees, not all of them but this one older lady in the drive thru and another younger girl who is at the drive thru. The older lady gets upset when I ask for an extra cup of ice..she has spoken to me very disrespectful multiple times the first time I thought She was probably not a morning person, then every time I go She has spoken to me crazy. So I had a friend order the same thing and ask for extra cup of ice and see if you get it.. she did give it to her and she was very nice about it so now that that happened she probably has an issue with my skin color. I have gotten confirmation from other employees and employees from other locations that have been to that location and they say the same thing she is nasty and a rude person. Normally I would just let it go but every time I go there I feel uncomfortable. I have had to stop myself from giving her the same energy she gives me but to make sure I wasn’t the problem I had people on face time with me listening to how she talks to me. Read moreTried the nitro cold brew and it was honestly refreshing. I'm not a huge Starbucks fan but the coffee was smooth as silk. Still doesn't have much taste to it besides generic coffee notes you would find from any other chain coffee bar, but it wasn't bad. The presentation of the nitro cold brew seems to be a signature feature. when poured, it looks strikingly similar to a picture of the product in advertisement. A dark black bottom getting progressively lighter towards the top of the cup with a foamy beige white head due to the effervescence from nitrogen gas, I assume, which follows from the name 'nitro cold brew'. It's an experience, which still doesn't make up for the sub par coffee blend used to make the stuff. Still enjoyable if your a coffee fan. I drink without milk or sugar, so I know that I am an outlier within the Starbucks core target market. The price is the only factor that kills this item. $4.75 for a tall is ludacris.
