Indiana Landmarks Tours - West Baden Springs Hotel — Attraction in West Baden Springs

I have taken this tour half a dozen times, it never fails to be incredibly enjoyable. The Landmarks guides are knowledgeable about their areas, and in addition, really infuse a love of the place in their descriptions and informative talks. Our guide today gave us a wonderful tour as someone who grew up in West Baden, and her memories added so much to what she told us. The hotel never fails to impress, but taking the tour gives you so much more appreciation for the venue. We toured with the Landmarks tour last year during the winter and enjoyed it so much, we decided to bring our kids along! Our tour guide shared so many awesome historical tidbits and shared so many things with us. We spent most of our time outdoors and really got to understand more about the springs and founders. Our kids were thoroughly enthralled (age 20, 17 and 13). Thank you so much for sharing the historical beauty with us! It was outstanding! Our experience was very disappointing (the 4 pm tour on Dec 30th). With a 1 hour 15 mins tour, we were at least expecting that we will be taken in and around the entire building, garden, different sections of the hotel, we'll get the opportunity to view the dome from the top, etc. Instead, the tour ended in about 35-40 mins. and contained info that we could just get from the museum, except for a few new ones.
