this place was pretty slow so thought we'd try it out thinking they had all the kinks worked out. WRONG Number one we had old nasty chips, we all received our meals at different time,no ketchup or salt was on the table. we were served our meals with no silverware and all 4 of us received our food at separate times . my husband ordered ribs that he had to send back because they were ice cold. By the time he FINALLY got his meal that we had to remind them he still hadnt gotten them back 30 minutes later, we were all finished. I asked Antonio that it was only fair he took his 12.99 ribs off our bill he promptly dismissed me. I've been in the food business for over 30 years and would of comped them ribs and offered a free dessert. To retain a long term customer. It is common sense!!! I hope you enjoy the only 84.00 dollars you'll ever get from us. I'm absolutey appalled !!!! also the waitresses and waiters were running around like they were in lala land taking food to wrong tables etc. There were only 10 tables sat. yes I counted them

you have ALOT TO LEARN IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY OR YOUR SHIP WILL SINK beyond disappointed but I was warned previously It was horrible food and service. We came in as a party of 8 at 3:04 & finally left at 4:45- only 3 other tables with customers when we came in & they all had their food. Ordered our drinks-20 minutes later, 1 mug of beer was dirty & had red specs of something in it. 1 ordered a flavored margarita & received a lime margarita- no biggie.

It took an hour to receive our meals. 1 lady is allergic to Tomatoes, ordered her plate with NO tomatoes- mentioned it several times. It came out with a heaping pile of tomatoes. We have to find a worker, he tells the waitress, she takes it back. Not even a minute later they bring it back. STILL had several tomatoes on it, send it back again explaining she's allergic, not gone long at all, comes back with freaking tomatoes STILL on it. At that point she was done-we ALL were. It's not like she just didn't like tomatoes! She is allergic to them! Like throat swell shut- THAT allergic. She told the waitress again- when she finally showed back up & told her she wasn't paying for that. No drink refills were done, had to track the waitress down to ask for refills.

1 ordered a chicken quesadilla- it had so much juice from the veggies the shell wasn't edible without using a fork. Salsa was basically tomato soup-NOT salsa & queso or "cheese" as they call it was very thin or watered down.

Maybe it was a bad day-they happen. We would somewhat understand if they were busy. They were not busy at all for 3PM on a Holiday weekend. As long as it took to make our orders, we definitely expected better.

Don't even get me started on paying your bills. Took FOREVER, again, had to go...

We were a party of 12 for fathers day and vacationing from out of state. We thought the reviews were good so we placed our orders. Waitress was friendly and the bartender came out to discuss drinks because they only use a mix (after tasting the cocktails we all agreed it was only mix- no alcohol to speak of) when our food came to our table by a young man several of us were dry and requested more cocktails to which he said he would tell our waitress. Well our waitress went MIA. I ate my entire meal with no drink. When we were all about finished a different waitress walking by heard our grumbles and asked if we needed anything and the requests rang out all over our table. My drink arrived right before everyone was getting up to leave. I tried to drink it down quickly but because it was an ice drink I was getting brain freeze. We never saw our waitress again. The food was good, just dry going down. So if you don’t mind paying $8.58/ small size drink and to eat without anything to drink to wash it down and top it off with a sober brain freeze I highly recommend...
