First the good: Great spectator area. Lots of arcade games and things for non-racers to do, skee-ball included. Everyone likes skee-ball. Very clean. Lots of windows overlooking the track. The track is really large. 27-30 second lap times. Great mix of long straights, and high and low speed turns. Karts are very well used, but still quick. Pedals are adjustable, but the seat was not. Price is good. Two races cost $31.
The bad: The track is extremely bumpy. Full throttle over the bumps takes full commitment, you're always right of the ragged edge. Tons of fun for an experienced driver, but I imaged it'd be pretty scary for a first timer. The marshalls are terrible(at least today they were). Walking up to the helmet racks, a marshal handed me a neck brace and put a helmet on my head. Literally put it on my head. When I told him I use a small helmet and can put it on myself he said "whatever" pull the helmet off my head and walked away. There were two people next to me who had no idea how to strap the helmet. I had to help them as the marshal had just stormed off. At the kart, no instructions were given on how to adjust the pedals, in fact nothing was said to anyone. I've raced for years at many circuits and know how to adjust my pedals, but the people around me did not. There was a lady who could barely touch the pedals, she struggled the whole race. Not sure if the marshal was just having a bad day or what. Either way, no matter how good a facility is, if the employees acts the way this marshal did, I'll gladly spend my money at the other track in the Louisville area.
A suggestion for management, a track map with driving line and brake points might go a long way with...
Read moreThis was just not ok. My brother was there and he’s 6 he was so bored because of how little and slow they were, not to mention he had nobody to race with. I was riding and the adults out there didn’t care at all just stood there talking while I had just got slammed into and I waited for about 3 minutes waiting for someone to help. The workers put in no effort to stop the driver and talk to them or put out the black flag like it said in the safety video. Then my dad raced THERE STRAIGHT UP WAS A GUY GOING THE WRONG WAY AT MAX SPEED and he made no attempt to move and my dad couldn’t because he had just looked up and there was a guy max speed coming right at him. I didn’t know if he was special but he didn’t stop and he jacked up the cart and the workers again just stood there. My dad came out with a chunk of his finger gone his ankle sprained and almost a broken hand nobody cared to ask at all if he was ok then finally after 10 minutes or something like that the manager came and said something he’s like no just refund me and I’m leaving. Definitely do not recommend not well...

After all the rentals for this ride you end up spending $51 for 2 people, one 8 minute session...And like I said, not a full 8 minutes. Now on to the track. Track is bumpy and carts are just ok. They are fast but need updating just like the track. Staff act like you are an inconvenience to them and they are just putting in time. The arcade was way over priced! 4 tokens for 1 game is ridiculous. All the bounce houses were deflated and gated off. Kids did have a good time but it was a bit disheartening to learn all the prices as these type of places are a family stop all across this country for this family when on vacations. We’ve seen a lot of these places and this was by far the most expensive! On the good side, you have a large indoor facility...Now to...
