Elizabeth Jacobs Bride — Attraction in West Bend

Elizabeth Jacobs is a "must visit" when wedding gown shopping! We visited three wedding gown stores and this was by far my favorite and the best experience. Now I know why it is rated as a 5 star store and I absolutely agree.

We were greeted by Elizabeth on the morning of New Years and she took two hours to give us an individual appointment - we had the whole store to ourselves. Her store is AMAZING and she takes pride in every detail. The dresses are are spectacularly beautiful and Elizabeth knows everything about them - from which ones take 16 hours of hand beading to which ones are discontinued and at a discount. There is an fantastic array of dresses to choose from and each has it's own personality. My daughter tried on A LOT of options and they were all georgious.

The store is also beautiful, from the chandelier to the open dress floor with the private dressing room in back every detail is perfect. There were even signs we could hold up saying things like "Pick this one" and "YES to the dress" that we could hold up. We had a lot of fun and Elizabeth worked to create a relaxed and positive atmosphere.

Elizabeth was also patient, encouraging, and made sure that regardless of the size (too large or two small) that we could get a good idea of what the dress would look like when ordered. The veils, jewelry, hair accessories, gloves, and other details were all available as options to get a full picture. The condition of the gowns was also noteworthy - they were pristine and well cared for!

I am absolutely in awe with this dress shop! From opening the door, to walking out, EVERYTHING was perfect! Elizabeth is more than amazing! I brought my mom, my mother in law and best friend (maid of honor) along on the journey to find THE PERFECT WEDDING DRESS. Through the door, we were greeted by this wonderful woman with SUCH an amazing and bubbly personality. It was almost as if we’ve known each other for years! After some mingling, we got straight to the point. We established my “style” and began the search. I’d like to say we pulled at least 7 dresses. Not too many to overwhelm the experience. THAT day, it was decided that I had found the dress. Also, we found a veil that was more than perfect, just as the dress was. The prices here are so reasonable and you can’t put a price on the experience. Appointment only truly makes this place unbeatable. The communication directly catered to you, your group and your wants + needs was beyond professional. This is the first (AND ONLY) place I began my wedding dress search. I can’t say enough great things about this boutique! As with all of her appointments, Elizabeth is your stylist from start to finish! She asked what I was looking for in a dress to help herself and my guests know what I wanted, then sent us all off to find dresses for me to try. Very quickly she was able to get me in and out of dresses while ensuring I had plenty of time to look at each dress and get a feel for whether or not I loved what I was wearing, then finding more dresses for me to try based off of my feedback. She had so much positive energy and was so, so friendly, without being over the top. I didn’t feel like she was just trying to sell me a dress, but rather just genuinely there to support me in finding something I really loved. Other places you can often feel pushed, but that really wasn’t the case here! She has an amazing selection of different styles and designs, I was honestly shocked at how much there was to choose from!!
