TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE; STUNNING CUSTOM PIECES!
My, now, fiance and I have been together for seven years. Four years ago I sent him a picture of my "dream" ring but didn't have any idea how much something like it would cost, didn't know who would design it, and honestly didn't know that I'd ever actually get it. Four years later, and a move half-way across the country brought us to Wisconsin. He saved that picture; shared it with the good folks at Husar's House of Fine Diamonds in West Bend, and they were able to design and make my "dream" ring.
He proposed on 9/17/13 at 9:17 pm and I of course said yes. When he told me about his experience with the team at Husar's I was stunned. They gave him undivided attention, educating him on the 4-C's of diamond buying so that he could choose the most fitting center stone for my beautiful ring. Knowing how quickly he wanted to propose they even offered to deliver the finished ring to him in Milwaukee. Lastly, after saying yes - my ring was a little too large so we called Husar's immediately to plan a time to visit them and have it re-sized. They didn't want me to go one day without that ring on my finger; and neither did we. Husar's sent me a sizer the very next morning to place in my ring until I could go to have it re-sized that weekend. When we arrived to have it sized it was done the very same day!! We have been impressed from start to finish with our experience. They even gave us a few keepsakes like his and hers blinged out travel coffee mugs for the "happy couple" :) Yes, I sported mine for a couple weeks EVERYDAY, and carried it in my left hand to fully show off my new and improved left ring finger. I just couldn't have imagined any jewelry store doing what the Husar's did to make our special milestone so wonderful. We now feel like "part of the Husar’s family"! Thank you to Mary,...

Ok so initially we had a problem with the engagement ring I purchased for my fiance: a couple of the baugets fell out, so we took it in to have them fix it and told us to come back in 3 or 4 days. 3 Days later we got a call and were told that the design of the ring was essentially flawed and if I wanted I could either pick out an upgraded ring or they could rebuild and reinforce the ring I picked out. We went for the second option and were told it would take a couple weeks. It took quite a bit longer then that. We did receive updates every week, but we got impatient so I called the manager. Upon speaking to her, she apologized profusely (many times), took 100% responsibility, made zero excuses and asked if i would allow her 1 day to get everything straightened away. As promised I got a call the day after with more apologies and was told the ring would be ready to be picked up the next day. Now here's why they are getting a 5 star review: I hadn't purchased a wedding band for myself yet. I knew which one I wanted but needed to put some money aside. She did not know anything about it but asked if I had a ring yet. I told her no and explained why. Again she profusely apologized and would like to make it up to me by giving me my wedding ring ON THE HOUSE. In this day and age this type of thing just does not happen. When business'es are at fault they always make up excuses and do just enough to get their money out of the customer and do not care about the customer. A 5 star review is entirely deserved due to owning up to their mistakes and going well above and beyond to rectify the issue. If you are going to buy any sort of jewelry I HIGHLY recommend Husars. They WILL treat you well, respect you as a person and value you...
Read moreI brought my wedding ring to Husar’s because it kept getting caught on my sweaters. I figured a prong was loose or something like that. I chose Husar’s because that was where the ring was designed and purchased over 20 years ago. When I walked in, I immediately noticed all the plexiglass hanging around the cases. Next, I was amazed that EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE in the store put on their mask when I came in. I was the only customer there and I wasn’t going to be within six feet of most of them and they were all surrounded by plexiglass! Granted, I wore a mask when I walked in, but that gesture really made me so comfortable. I talked to an associate who seemed very knowledgeable and understood completely what I was talking about. At first, she thought all the prongs might need to be replaced. But then she went to look at it under a micro, came back and said that the prongs were fine, but that one of them looked like it had moved. We laughed about how not round my band was and then she got my information, told me what they were going to do, gave me an estimate and let me know that the person who would take care of it was very busy, so it might be a couple of weeks. I received a call the following week and went to pick it up. My ring looked brand new! They had polished it, made the repair and the total price was what I had been quoted in the first place. I was in and out- both times- within five minutes. Which is a good thing. If you have not been to their store, you are missing out on the most beautiful, elegant, and tasteful jewelry you will ever see. I commend everyone at Husar’s for the amazing customer relations, tremendous work and really fair...
