I just got 3 piercings done by Megan and I am so happy with my experience! I got a second piercing in both lobes and my left daith done all in one session. Megan was friendly and professional and she made sure I understood the process of what she was doing, as well as cautioning me that the daith may not help my migraines as it doesn’t always work for all people. I had already done my research but I was grateful she made sure I understood anyways. She took her time making sure the placement looked good from several angles and wasn’t afraid to remark an area to adjust. She was so efficient and thorough with the actual piercing that I didn’t even realize she had already finished it! I’m so excited for my new piercings and I would 100% go back to Megan for any other piercings...

Never answered the questions I asked during booking, then canceled the appt a few hours before (after we already drove out to that area), citing supply issues. No apology, and did not offer up any days or times to reschedule. Had a very disappointed child, to say the least. We went elsewhere. Edit: Her reply indicates she apologized - this is untrue. She did mention a "discount" but never said what the discount would be or when the appointment could take place, which is not helpful. Don't accept the appointments if you don't have...

I took my daughter to get her septum pierced. Megan was super professional and really nice. My daughter told me after that Megan had a calming effect on her and eased her nerves. She explained everything in detail, from what was going to happen to the after care. She made sure to tell my daughter what she was doing, every step, so there were no surprises.
