Leamington Foods — Local services in West Chicago Township

If I lived in the area I would feel insulted on the make up of this store. There is only 1 way in and 1 way out. You walk down this long aisle to get to main shopping area. There are security gates at the end of the. Aisle so you only have one way into the shopping area. Then there's a gentleman sitting on a real tall chair so that he can watch you shop.I guest when the cashier shift has ended a chain is put across the aisle and then a shopping cart is placed upside down to stop you from entering and existing that aisle.. I Wil never return to this store because the set up of the store is saying theft to every shopper and I hope a fire never breaks out because this store is dangerous to shop at one way in and out. I was so turned off by the makeup of this store I left without purchasing anything. Shame...

I like Leamington Foods and some sales.I think the prices are a little high for seniors, like myself who's living on Social Security. No washroom available for those like me who are taking blood pressure meds with a water pill, some times had to leave the store without completing my shopping. I noticed a senior who needed to go to the restroom and she was told no washroom for the public. She couldn't control it so she urinated while in the line. The cashier's sneered at her and mocking her. I thought this was very unprofessional and cruel. I will only come to Leamington if no other choice. I will be taking my business to Pete's Produce because they have a restroom, friendly service and great prices....

Maybe if they redesigned this location is would be an amazing experience... But crowded after church traffic is absolutely something that you should try to avoid if possible... Staff maybe overexerted and irritated due to low wages, (as was overheard while waiting for check out) and trust me eye do get it... People like to feel properly reciprocated (financially) for not only their time and effort, but for the numerous amount of disrespect with a smile they have to embrace just to get the company a sale... But if they upgrade the location and learn to properly value their employees then the sky could be the limits for...
