Horrible Company, I had this service for a few years the the phone calls and information were ok and they have somewhat sound advice. I spoke with the representative about renewal and at the time I did reluctantly agree to continue the service (my big mistake) after the phone call I decided I didn't really need the service and figured well I just wont send the check and they will just cancel my service.(my second mistake) They said "we called and text all these times" which I did not receive. just when I thought my service was canceled I get a collections letter in the mail. I called promptly and paid however I told them I will never renew ever again and that I would be telling my friends. So here I am making sure that everyone knows what kind of company this is. They will send you to collections instead of just canceling your service or calling and leaving a voice mail. My advice Get Pro Farmer they have much better...

Customer service has been excellent from Brooke. She’s great. Information received from Chad is relevant and well delivered. The phone call updates are NOT too lengthy and they get to the point. Lengthy updates tend to get interrupted by life with its external or internal influences and these 2 to 6 minute updates from Chad are short enough to gather the information and still keep attention on his talking subjects. Chad is very good at his delivery. I wouldn’t be doing my job if I didn’t critique, so, the only critique that I have is that it would be neat to receive a video update maybe once a week to see some charts.
