(THIS IS A CONTINUED REVIEW ON MY OTHER GMAIL SINCE I WAS LIMITED IN CHARACTERS) So i go back in another day after the cleaning when no one said anything about anything and i was of course excited to have my visible teeth done and not have to be self-conscious anymore. I walk in i get checked in i sit down was offered coffee and im like wow I havent been offered coffee before thats cool but no thanks so then they take me to the back and proceed to tell me that THEY MESSED UP AND THAT THE PRICE IS NOT 1300 BUT 4100 -__- so after getting a babysitter to watch my son on my only day off that week she and arguing with them for an hour about how i wasnt going to pay more than what i signed off on and how they didnt tell me this when i came in for the cleaning AFTER we agreed on the initial price they decided to give it to me for the initial price minus one tooth being done... so i get the root canals and crowns and im there from 12-5pm and when im done i go home and come back later for the final impressions. When i came in last week for the final impressions i didnt sign anything because i thought i signed it initially and it was all good they are now telling me i owe money and i ask why i though this was all going to be put on a credit line i was approved for by a third party company they recommended and they stated "oh well we forgot to have you sign it last time" even though ive been there twice.. i flipped out because this is like the 65484 mess up from their office and its not like theyre handling my car this is my mouth.. its a medical office acting like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off that only know how to say the words "sorry..i know" NO YOU DONT KNOW IF YOU DID YOUD STOP MESSING UP. the lady also had the nerve to say "well dont you like how your teeth look" like i could have went to any dentist and gotten crowns, my teeth were so bad that i would have been happy with any results so that did not please me having her pretty much say well at least your teeth are better who cares if this process and our office has made a pleasant thing like new teeth become a hassle. then they call me to come in so they can check my finals and i told them they are never putting their hands in my mouth again and she of course is trying to save her job and says "legally we need you to come in so you can sign these papers" as if im in the wrong.. you had two chances while i was there for me to sign these papers and no on said anything so now i need to take more time off and waste more time coming to sign what you messed up on.. lol ive never been so heated but i am going to sign their dumb papers next week and rid my self of this place. BUT LET ME SAY THE NEW DENTIST THEY GOT IS AMAZING AND IF HE MOVES TO ANOTHER LOCATION I WILL BE WILLING TO HAVE HIM FINISH MY MOUTH other than that dont bother...
Read moreMany years ago there was a soda called OK Soda. While the soda was in fact just OK, users would write and call in reviews describing the soda in both ubiquitous and underwhelming or understated terms to inversely accentuate the ultimate awesomeness of OK Soda. A typical review might be something akin to, âMy life was a drudgery of mundane circumstances resulting in achievements ranging from bathroom stall cleaning to local carnival booth attendant. Then one day a friend who had recently won the lottery introduced me to OK Soda. At that moment I knew that life would be OK! I recently was awarded a supervisory position at my local White Castle and I know that itâs all because I cracked that first can of OK.â Analogously, my life prior to walking into West Falls Church Dental, while slightly better as a cashier at a a local boutique than the above, I never the less wasnât convinced that they could help me with my broken permanent retainer now poking me on the inside of my cheek. Boy was I wrong! Not only was the staff extremely helpful and courteous, but it turns out that they deal with dental procedures daily! I was able to see them on the same day as a walk in and during my simple fix a cavity was discovered. In several subsequent visits and my first root canal, painless actually and surprisingly, I received excellent treatment and service. Follow ups were simple and billing handled supremely professionally by front desk staff. I will return for check ups and cleanings for sure. Today, my life is much more than just OK, promotion expected, and thatâs in no small part thanks to West Falls Church Dental. I will definitely keep...
Read moreAt 9 am on a Friday morning, I knocked a filling loose and called West Falls Church Dental. I was a first time patient and had no idea what to expect, but I was beyond impressed! The friendly office staff were able to schedule me that same day for a consultation of what my options were and what the cost would be. They even asked to move my appointment up as Dr. Raji wanted to make sure she would have time to fully understand the situation I was in and have the opportunity to fix my tooth then if I wanted to. When I arrived, I was almost immediately taken back to get scanned and Yelga walked me through everything that was going on. Dr. Raji then came to me and talked to me in depth about exactly what she was seeing and showed me on a screen what was happening. A lady from the front desk then came in with a full bill of pricing and payment plans available to me and explained to me every charge I would be receiving. After agreeing, they then proceeded to remove the rest of the filling, the cavity they discovered, and install the crown in about an hour. Throughout it all, my comfort was their main priority. I was asked many times if I was comfortable, needed water or a blanket, and if anything they were doing was causing me discomfort or panic....
