West Hartford Second Chance Shop — Attraction in West Hartford

Let me start by saying that this is a very clean and organized store. (5 stars for that) I could tell there were a lot of regulars that shop at the store as they were talking to the associates and knew each others names. With that being said, if they dont know you, they wont even say hello to you. They looked both my daughter and I up & down like we didn't belong in the store. Even the young associate was giving dirty looks to my daughter. I've worked in customer service all my life and even a simple "Hello" is the least they could have done. I got a dress, jean jacket, leather belt, and a cardigan for $25! All is very nice quality. The store is well organized, clean, and nicely decorated. The volunteers were so kind to my son and they gave him a book on top of it all. This was a warm and welcoming place to shop.
